We are a locally owned business, yet we serve anyone needing repairs, from replacing bulbs and fire alarm batteries to complete home renovations, including landscaping. Since 2008, 85% of our clientele comes from referrals. We have a skilled crew that covers multiple trades, including plumbing, climate control, electrical work, flooring such as tile, engineered wood, wood, stone veneer, concrete, exterior plaster, cinder block structures, decorative painting, wallboard, and a variety of additional services. You can get a free consultation and estimate from us. Projects can be billed hourly or through contracts. We accept all major credit cards, and our team speaks both English and Spanish. We provide after-hours support for urgent issues.

I never anticipated the market downturn when I started full-time. The first six months were particularly difficult for us. It was a close call for us to go back to traditional jobs when the words of my first customer, Maude Sams, kept me going: “Stick with it and don’t give up.”. My name is Juan Garcia, and I own this business. Having spent 25 years in the hospitality and residential sectors, I was inspired to start my own venture. I strive to ensure every job is done right, without taking shortcuts, especially when homeowners are spending their hard-earned money. What qualifies me for this work is a natural talent, along with the experience I’ve gained over the years and my commitment to learning in repairing, remodeling, and landscaping. The most rewarding part of remodeling is seeing the finished product, especially when clients react with surprise.
