We hired SCM Plumbing to do the plumbing in our new house.
As far as I can tell, they did an OK just with the rough plumbing. That's about all the positive things I can say about them.
Their communication is poor, as they would generally send single sentence email responses. And like many contractors, they overcharged up front, requiring 80% of the job total for rough plumbing, and leaving only 20% for finish. They are extremely unprofessional, and took on too much other work, so right when I need them to install the finish plumbing, they sent a one-line unapologetic email saying they were abandoning my job. This left me scrambling to find another plumber and delayed the entire house project. In addition, since they overcharged for the rough plumbing, I now need to pay thousands of dollars extra for someone else to perform the finish work!
I would never use them again and definitely not recommend them to anyone!
