Here my experience with this company.Was on my home from work last week on the LIE service road approaching Little neck pkwy.Where I turn left to go home.I try to get in the left turn only lane . Can't it's partially blocked by a Scialli work truck so pull next to him.He obviously didn't like that for some reason.Light changed green he pushed me over so I almost hit the wall cut me off and gave me the finger.I didn't respond,because why respond to an asshole .we got stuck and the next light ,turned green he cut back to the right cutting someone else off to go straight. Going straight from turning lane puts you in the grass.emailed the company no response so I will post this story everywhere so people avoid using them

I'm curious how they survive their business by such a terrible service. I would give zero star if I could. This company is the worst ever. I made an 1 hour appointment window from 1pm-2pm, and I called 20 times to follow up my appointment status, they kept saying the plumber is dealing with an emergency until he finally showed up at 3pm. When the plumber came, not only he blamed his receptionist didn't made a 2 hour appointment window, but also gave me a very unprofessional and irresponsible estimate to install heat baseboard on the second floor. By the way, trust me, he said he won't repair whatever he takes apart for the project at your house....That is ridiculers!!!!!! Folks, if you don't mind waiting all day and having the plumber leave a hole in your wall, then this company is for you.

This company was also recommended to us and boy what a mistake. They originally installed my kitchen sink and months later was leaking into my basement...what a mess. Did a few other repairs around my house, just to have recurring problems months later. Stay away

Can not recommend even though recommended to us. Kept us waiting a week then a no show on the day work was to be done. No call until 6 pm with, ""Sorry, I had emergencies."" We are using someone else now who is reliable!
