TERRIBLE

If I wanted to have my AC unit repaired, I would NOT call this business.

Backstory:
My dog is put on a lead for a couple hours a day so she can run and play around in our front yard. We've had a complaint before that the lead was too long and that we should shorten it, so we did. The other day, a family friend put her on the chain but somehow lengthened the chain. I work upwards of 90 hours a week and the other person in my house is disabled and on constant bed rest, so we didn't know that the chain was too long. If we did, we certainly would have fixed it. Anyways, the dog must've been after an animal, and somehow got under their house and disconnect a hose to the AC unit. When the Schwiess repair van pulls up and looks at it, he has the tenant come knock on my door and bring me outside. Upon seeing this, I'm disappointed in both my dog and what the repair guy says to me. I understand not being happy about having to do work, but IT IS YOUR JOB to fix the AC unit NOT swear at my mother, myself and harass me extensively. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, due to it not being my house, but I can say that it is the worst customer service I have ever had and I'm still half tempted to call the police and file a report.

Funny thing is, we were looking into calling them to come fix our unit. Not anymore.
