If you are a residential customer do not bother contacting this company unless it is summertime. Seeing their good reviews I reached out for a quote to have a small job done at my home. The price was reasonable but the owner said they are busy during heating season, however could fit me in if I am local. I proceeded to order a part.

When the part was in I contacted them again. I am in Fitchburg (which I told them before) and they are in Leominster. These are known as the Twin Cities. I can't see Leominster from my house, but I can walk there. I got crickets in response.

What a wonderful experience. I have been without heat for almost a month and had other companies look at my furnace to no avail. Within an hour, not only did he figure out the problem but fixed it. Great job!

Just had my propane hot water replaced by Schuster Plumbing and Heating. Todd and team are great. They had the old hot water heater removed and installed the new one in under an hour! They know how to work effectively and efficiently. So far, very pleased with the new water heater. They are also very fairly priced and stand by their work. The company takes quality work seriously. Very refreshing!

If you've ever been taken for a ride by a taxi cab driver who drives 10+ miles out of his way with the meter running ~ this is what you'll experience with Schuster Plumbing who charges by the hour. The 'meter' is running rampant while his plumbers turn a simple one hour job into a 2.5 hour job and it's gotten worse and worse over the past 9 years we have used him. The $775 charge for the 'finish' work for dropping in our 2 kitchen sinks/faucets and simply connecting a dishwasher was the final straw. Made no attempt to adjust the bill after telling him his plumber added another hour to the time worked on the job. Doesn't appreciate the $50,000+ in business we have given him over the years and it's time to find another plumber.

After many years (10+)& work done by Todd & Gary we have found that over 10's of thousands of work paid for, that that have been going up, up & finally to the point of tacking on hours to job's that were worked at, They got caught!!! telling us with restocking fee's (time) & other B.S. You can only do that so long before you get caught. The plumbers that work for him get hourly PLUS commission on their work that they do, watch opens the workers (3) to add hours to their jobs on. Money must be tough to do this to a long time customer & not adjust this. Charged $275 to install a sink & then the next week charges $774 to install a sink & dish washer. We had our thoughts about the billing the last couple of times but this time the jobs were too close & we could see what was happening. He was good when he started out but got money hungry & goes on too many vacation I think on everyone dime (over charge's)
We are done with them & on to a new plumber
