My water bill increased by about 10x one month and I had no idea why. I went through a couple Yelp reviews and called Will. I could tell he was a pro from the get go during our initial call. He came by right away to have a look, and within minutes was able to show me that there was a major leak coming from the water service line underground. He walked me through the various options, made a recommendation and gave me all the information I needed to ensure I was making the best decision. He even asked questions about my longer term plans for the house to ensure his recommendation accommodated our potential future plans, potentially saving thousands of dollars down the road and a lot of rework. He provided an estimate on the spot and he and his crew were scheduled to complete the job within 48 hours. I called a few folks to get a second opinion on the job and estimate. Will and Nick did an excellent job repairing a pin hole leak that was damaging our wood floors. We thought it was a slab leak but they were able to figure out it was in the wall, saving us a lot of money. They came over on short notice on a Saturday for an emergency. I had a slow tub drain that escalated to a leak around the base of my toilet to a gurggle that produced a back wash of dirt from the sewer into my toilet on Saturday evening of the Easter holiday. We only have one bathroom, were expecting guests the next day and have a young child.
