Will and Nick did an excellent job repairing a pin hole leak that was damaging our wood floors. We thought it was a slab leak but they were able to figure out it was in the wall, saving us a lot of money. They came over on short notice on a Saturday for an emergency. They also repaired the main water shut off for us. The quote was reasonable and I highly recommend this business.

I had a slow tub drain that escalated to a leak around the base of my toilet to a gurggle that produced a back wash of dirt from the sewer into my toilet on Saturday evening of the Easter holiday. We only have one bathroom, were expecting guests the next day and have a young child. After several calls and texts to plumbers that were not available until Sunday or at all, we reached Will from Schulze Plumbing. He was able to come out within the hour, was professional, communicated clearly, and didn't give up until he got to the source of the problem. He makes you feel like you've invited a friend over to help you - very genuine and polite and happy to help. His price was more than fair. I would highly recommend him and should a need arise in the future, he will without a doubt be my first call.

I am so thankful that Will was referred to me by another plumbing contractor who was too busy to help me one day a couple months back. Since then, I have had Will run a gas line for me for a new stove/oven that went under the house, fix a constant leak on a unit I manage that was creating a flood in the kitchen and then most recently, he came out today and repaired a pipe in the wall that was leaking and damaging the wall and floor in a bathroom in another rental unit. He always picks up when I call and is always on time and clean. I would recommend to family and friends without a second thought about it.

I needed help quickly with a pipe leak, and he responded super fast and came over to fix it up right away. He did a great job, clearly communicated what the problem/solution was, and made a stressful issue feel much less stressful. I'll be using Will again in the future for sure!

William is the utmost professional that I've encountered since my move to this area in the past decade. I had sewage backup issue that led to the need to replace old cast iron pipe under the house. William (out of 5 estimates) notified me ahead that he'll be late to our estimate appointment through text, and showed up ahead of the expected time. He crawled under the house and survey the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and options. Most of the other company gave me a rough estimate without looking under the house, and the estimate is 3x without clear picture of the work involved. William was forthcoming and very articulate, which helped me understand the issue for someone that is not familiar with plumbing.

On the day of the scheduled work, William showed up at 8am as scheduled and went right to work. The original estimate was 1-2 days of effort. However, he completed the work by about 3p that afternoon so I didn't have to keep the water off to the entire house for longer. Throughout the day, he kept me abreast of progress, potential issues, and other concerns as he was going through plumbing that is 50+ years old.

In the 8 years I've been in this house, and had no less than 10 plumbing companies that had done various work, I feel William's work is exceptional and wanted to share. This is at the risk he becomes too busy for me in the future as others start to find his quality work and very reasonable price. :)

Best Buy was going to install a new gas clothes dryer on Monday but said they couldn't because my gas valve was corroded. Got in touch with William through Yelp and he came by Tuesday morning and replaced the valve quickly. He even helped me remove a rusted base storage cabinet from below the washer and exchanged it with the good one from the outgoing dryer. Pleasant and professional!

I had a plumbing stoppage in my condo and had another plumber take a look at our unit - who recommended tearing out tile/drywall/toilet to access blockage. I live in a fairly new condo and decided to reach out to other companies that can better help solve my issue. I called a few other plumbers that were too busy or not willing to do the work. One of the other plumber recommendations was to reach out to Will, so I did.

Will was responsive, came out the same day, and fixed my condo's blockage through an existing unit access without needing to tear down the bathroom.
