They charged us over $1,000.00 for service and the furnace still didn't work. Bought a new furnace from another company.

This place is a joke. We had a tech come after hours for a no heat call. The tech basically said it was going to be a huge project and someone will be out on Monday (it was Saturday). Monday morning the secretary called to schedule an appointment for FRIDAY. I said are you serious we have no heat the tech said someone will be out today. Then she mumbled something to someone and she said ""Okay someone will be there today."" So I wait a few hours, don't hear anything and I called back. The person on the phone said they are running behind but will still be out today. 20 mins later same person calls me back and said they are unable to come out today but they'll come tomorrow morning. If they don't come in the morning they'll be there in the afternoon. Morning comes I call them and the person said ""M'am I explained to you before (no she didn't someone else did but ok) they aren't able to come in the morning they'll be there in the afternoon. At this point I just called our regular plumber who showed up no issues and just had to unblock our furnace. It was not a ""project"" like the tech made it out to be. I called CW Shultz for the last time and don't them not to bother coming our. They didn't ask why and guaranteed they would have made up some lame ass excuse not to show up. Very unprofessional would no recommend to anyone!?

I called them because my furnace was giving me problems. They sent a technician who charged me $125.00 and told me that I needed a new furnace because the secondary heat exchanger on my furnace had broken.
Another company told me that the flame detector was broken on my furnace and charged me $50.00 to change that. Now my furnace works perfect.
I called C W Schultz and asked for a refund because they didn't do what I called them for and on top of that they tried to sell me on a new furnace. The woman said that they don't refund even if they are wrong. Don't use them. They are bad people

I realized why I stopped using these people. I am only off one day a week. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance some service for 2 properties for the day that I'm off and they didn't even bother to call me to tell me that they were going to be late late. After they finished a service, with a person in training in under 45 minutes the billed me for 1 hour and 15 minutes of service and price was over 150.00 more than previously charged. There are plenty of other options in the area

For a business that advertises that they are available 24/7, they should return a phone call! I have an emergency with my furnace flooding hot water into my basement and their call center told me I would be contacted by a technician. I called twice last night and at 10am today have yet to receive a call back!!!!! Thank goodness I was able to shut off the water, but now I have no heat or hot water!!!! So much for practiccing proper hygiene during a pandemic!!! I would choose a negative star rating if possible -

My thanks to Len at CW Schultz & Son for vanquishing plumbing problems that two prior plumbers had fumbled. Service was speedy and reasonably priced. A great experience overall.

If you want to spend $350 to have a well pump put in...then when it doesn't work and it takes multiple calls to talk to the owner, who then says not their problem, and then hangs up on you....then you've found your company.
