Came to visit my mother in New Jersey and she was having some problems with her plumbing. I called Steven Schulman and he came out the very next day to fix the plumbing issues my mother was having. He was on time for the morning scheduled visit and got the job done right before lunch. Great guy!

Never trust this guy!! His words and promises are meaningless, and even a signed contract/proposal is apparently not sacred to him. He is also unreliable in returning calls on time. I had an agreement with him to replace a broken water line on my property, and on the very day he was scheduled to start the job he texted me to say that he had changed his mind and was withdrawing his proposal, leaving me stranded.

The first excuse he made was implausible, nonsensical, and without merit - he had a concern I would not pay him - until he eventually admitted to the real excuse; that he was losing money on the job. Then why sign the deal if it was a losing proposition? He should have walked away, instead of persuading me to sign with him and switch from another plumber from whom I had accepted a proposal. He then reneged on an agreement at the last second. REPREHENSIBLE!!
