After receiving their outrageous bill I conferred with another reliable company showing them pictures of what was done, only to find out that their charges were at least double of what they should have been. NEVER again. I will make sure I let folks in the Community know NOT to ever use this ""we are going to take you to the bank"" company.

Called because we have a known leak (already took the drywall off ourselves) - plumber shows up- says 'yep, you've got a leak,$200-300 to fix'. Charged $85 to confirm (??!!) leak. States this is a diagnostic fee-to tell us we have a leak. But does not apply to work done if he's hired. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? What a crappy way to snake money. Do yourself a favor call Wallner or Earls.

I would NEVER allow the OWNER, Marty Schuler or his assistant onto my property again. See Kent W. posting for the same type of BAD SERVICE!

Had 'Marty' Schuler out to locate a Water Leak on the main line to the house. $250 for Leak Detection that he DID NOT DETECT the leak!!!!!

$500 later all they did was change out an irrigation valve, apparently damaged and capped another irrigation line in the rear of the house- without disclosing that to me-putty on the cap is fresh and the line is now dead-after having water working on that line when we checked it prior to their doing any work.
THEN THEY SAID THEIR IS STILL A LEAK AND CAN'T COME BACK UNTIL NEXT WEEK-AND IT MAY TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO FIND IT.
I asked about the $500 bill and he said ""...maybe you should have someone else do your work!..."" Heck of a way to explain a bill for not finding the issue!

'American Leak Detection/Plumbing' came out today and located the leak within one (1) hour! That's right they found what Schuler couldn't find in 4 hours.
BE VERY WEARY OF THIS COMPANY, 40 YEARS OF SUCH AN OWNER TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AFTER PROVIDING SHODDY SERVICE.

The owner is an expert in everything plumbing and leak detection. We couldn't be more happy with their work and communication. I don't know what the other reviewer is complaining about- it is really technical stuff and specialized equipment that I saw them using. Some people will complain about anything. Overall, we highly recommend.
