I had one of those dumb things happen in life. Something accidentally got flushed. Schuerman plumbing was courteous and made arrangements for Mark to stop in. His was running early and called before his arrival. Fast neat and the object was retrieved in probably 20 minutes. He also took time to give me advice on what I could do about bathroom fixture updating. Thank you Mark!

I was so disappointed in our experience with Schuerman. It all seemed fine until the master bathroom shower was completely done, tiled, grouted, and dry. Then we went in to try out the shower controls and discovered the system had been installed backwards, with the controls moving to the left to control the right-side showerhead and moving to the right to control the left-side showerhead. We were so upset! I called Schuerman and they completely ignored me. My contractor said he would handle it and offered to tear out the whole shower for us, but we figured out a hack to make it workable. At no point did Schuerman ever call me, apologize, offer to make it right, or anything. Personally, I find the true measure of a company to be how they handle things when things go wrong, and this company left me cold. I honestly can't recommend a company that wouldn't at least try and reach out after something like that.

This family outfit is now my default-- GoTo, plumbing solution! I have two old toilets that needed to have their internals replaced and were constantly running after being flushed and really spiking my water bills. Since I didn't want to take the time to do the research on finding all the right replacement parts and doing all the work myself, I called multiple plumbing companies to help me solve the problem and no one wanted to bother! In fact, the first company came out to see what they could do and decided that they didn't want to fix anything, then charged me $48 dollars just for showing up and saying no! I was enraged. So, I started searching for other local plumbing outfits and found these guys here on Yelp and saw the great reviews and decided to give them a try and I'm sure glad I did! The nice office lady took my call (and toilet model info) and said it wouldn't be a problem and scheduled a date for them to come out after the parts had arrived--they did not charge me in advance for the parts! The plumber who came to our house (John) actually called a bit early on the scheduled date and asked if he could come a bit sooner since he was free and we said sure! He was a clean cut polite guy in his 30s and he had both toilets fixed and ready to go in under an hour! The price was completely reasonable and we were very happy with the results! We will absolutely do business with this excellent little family company again! We give them five big stars!

I cannot recommend them more highly. It's a family business and they treat you like you're a part of a community in a small town.

I had them come out to fix something in my old place and they did a wonderful job at a fair price. I just now called them for an issue in my new place, and Molly talked me through what it could be and my next steps.

I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Yesterday these competent, cheerful, friendly folks installed our new kitchen faucet set. This is the third time we have used Jim over the years and have always been more than satisfied with his work. Now he has his son working with him learning the ropes so that he can eventually take over as Jim learned from his father. It is so good to have competent, honest people available locally. These guy are simply terrific. On time, quality work, flexibility in adding additional tasks, very courteous and convenient scheduling by Molly, although they're much in demand, so check. Price wasn't cheap but worth every penny. I trust them totally, which is rare in today's world.

Ask for the new disposal installation. Responsive. Punctual. Finished the work quickly and cleanly. The price is very fair. Highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Schuerman Plumbing. Both Jim and Mark were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! They replaced my refrigerator hose and valve- did a great job. They are busy so you might have to wait a bit to get an appointment. Molly-their receptionist is very friendly as well. Would most definitely recommend if you're looking for a good plumber!!
