Found a mold issue in my bathroom back in July 2022. Called Schuelke, they came out and fixed it. Did a good job, was quick, responsive.

A couple of weeks ago, I found a wet spot in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom that was fixed. Called Schuelke out to take a look, thinking it might be a warranty issue. Very responsive, they came out that day. Said they would need to cut the wall to see where the leak was coming from. They determined that it was human error, water getting on the floor due to shower curtain not being closed all the way. Said they could fix the wall, do mold remediation for around $800. I said no, I'll do the repair myself. But they did recaulk around the tub and walls.

After the recaulking, the wet spot came back. I made sure it wasn't because the shower curtain wasn't closed. I did a little investigating myself, determined they did a bad job caulking around the tub. When you lean on the walls, you can see a big gap between the walls and the tub at the base. I called Schuelke up and told them I found the real cause. I was thinking they would take care of the problem now, fix the hole in the drywall they had to cut, fix the carpet that was damaged, do the mold remediation under warranty. Turns out they said that those walls are not made to be pushed on and that it was my family's fault, we caused the problem by leaning on the wall. So you are telling me that no one leans on the wall in the shower? People don't lose their balance and are not allowed to lean on the wall? Women can't lean on the wall to shave their legs. When you clean the shower, you are not allowed to press on the walls to wipe it down. This is crap. I couldn't believe they refused to come back and fix this. They did offer to come back and recalk. All this damage from them doing a bad job at calking in the first place and blaming the cause of the problem on my family.

I don't think I will be using them again. They were great in the beginning, but wouldn't take ownership of their mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, we just need people to own up to it and take responsibility. You can give them a shot, they were responsive, professional and nice, up to the point where they had to fix their mistakes. So just hope they get it right the first time.

I hardly ever write reviews about plumbers but I had to write one for Schuelke Plumbing. In a space where many plumbing companies take advantage of their customers, you can truly trust Gary and his son Chandler. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable about our slab leak issue.

These guys were amazing they were able to get in and get out. We had a slab leak and they were able to get in and take care of it, without damage are just remodeled master bath. We had to end up re- pipe the whole house and a water heater. They gave us a great deal. I would differently recommend this company.

Schuelke Plumbing and Construction finished a shower remodel recently for me and I can't say enough about the company. Gary the owner gave a me quote for a shower remodel and could start in 2 weeks. The start date came and Gary and his team showed up on time and worked everyday until completed. Gary is honest and his communication is 100%. His deposit is 1% or $1000.00 which ever is less as stated on the contractors board unlike other contractors that want 3/4 down and can't start for 3 months. The shower and floors turned out beautifully. I would 100% recommend Schuelke Plumbing and Construction.

We had a slab leak . I called at 9:00 p.m. and they were there the next day. Cut out the dry wall , almost to the ceiling. All the workers were professional, kind, clean and they were here everyday. High praise for these guys and now I have a great resource
