I was first impressed, that they did a great job. they did some work for me. and when he left the first time he said if you had any problems with leaks,etc to give him a call back? so, my kitchen faucet was still leaking so, I did give him a call and they came back to check it. He did what he could and said that I will probally have to call the company and get parts for my faucett. which was not a problem. but, then on his second visit he charged me again?? I realize it costs them time to come out. but, if you can't fix it the first time then, there should be some kind of warranty. and now I have to order parts because it is still leaking! I have been in retail all my life and that is not just good customere service.

Rory and Staff Best Plumbers you could ever ask for...Honest,,Great people..I would never use another plumber...Even joked with him that I wish I could fly him to Florada to work on my Dads stuff....Yes they are that Good and Honest and Fast...Cheap...,,and They understand Septic tanks...
