I have used Schroeder Plumbing on a variety of jobs, some small and a couple very large--to include hooking up our sewer line. Every single time I have worked with them they have been communicative, polite, responsive, professional, and on time. Recently, I had a small job that I thought I could do myself, which was replacing the hose line for my kitchen sink. After several days and quite a few tears, I finally broke down and called Schroeder. They were able to fit me in the same day and made the repair very quickly. I really appreciate them and their quality of service. And now I don't have to do my dishes in the bathtub!

Schroeder Plumbing accomplished all our plumbing requirements for our remodel of a bathroom in one day. The project included re-plumbing a vanity area for two sinks, installing a new shower supply, control valve & showerhead, relocating a drain for a new toilet location and removing concrete to create a walk-in shower. In all of these elements, they accurately adhered to our measurements & schematic.

Schroeder Plumbing confirmed the appointment the day before, arrived on time, had an amazing crew and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I only have one bathroom in our rental and needed the shower repaired right away. I called several plumbing companies for availability, but got an immediate response only from Schroeder Plumbing. Kerry came out to assess the repairs a few hours later and give me a quote, Tony came out the next day to do the repairs. Both were so professional, efficient and great to communicate with! I hope I don't have any plumbing emergencies anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going to call Schroeder Plumbing!

I ended up with not 1 but 2 toilets in need of repairs. I called so many people in our area and was starting to get discouraged until I asked the neighbors for a referral. Majority said Schroeder was the one and so I called. They actually answered the phone on the first try! We then took only a couple of minutes to schedule the repairs. They came the next day and finished both toilet repairs within an hour! I am very impressed with the service. Very reasonable priced and prompt service. Our new go to!

Can't thank Kerry from Schroeder enough. I had a group of girls at my Airbnb clog my septic line with ""flushable ""wet wipes. They literally used almost 2 full packs. I had another local plumber come out who I will not name because I'm not trying to call anyone out, spent $250 for them to clear my line. But not all of it got cleared. They did not go through everything. Two days later another renter complained that the bathtub was backing up with gross water. Sure enough there was still a clog. Called Schroeder and they had Kerry come out the next day for me and within five minutes job was done and everything has been great since. My only mistake was not calling them first. There's definitely a few other really good plumbers in town, but from now on these are my go to guys, and I'll do my best to try to get kerry personally cause dude was super cool and pro as hell.

Dealing with Schroeder Plumbing was a very difficult experience. The rough-in plumbing went ok, but they harp on you to make sure all the finish plumbing fixtures are on site when they come back for final installation or else they will charge you $450 for a repeat visit. When I say harp on you, I mean they harp on you. At their first visit for installing final fixtures, we ran into a problem related to the fact that the rough-in valve for the shower was installed too shallow. The tiles had already been installed so busting them out & re-setting the rough-in valve was not an option. We had about a 3/8th inch space that we had to fill and unfortunately Grohe had no product/escutcheon to fill that void. We spent sleepless nights and countless hours researching a solution to this problem. Our solution was to pay a plastics company to make a custom ring out of acrylic to fill that void and luckily it worked. Now you would think that a reputable plumber that cares about customer service would have contributed some ideas about how we would resolve this issue, but Brian Schroeder and his lead plumber offered no ideas whatsoever to resolve this issue. They basically inferred we were on our own to figure out a solution. All they seemed to care about was harping on us about an extra charge to come back again. The plot really thickens here since I (a woman and co-owner of the property) hovered over this lead plumber when he came back to finish the job. This annoyed him, but I didn't care. I wanted to make sure that everything he needed was on-site and I even offered to buy him lunch or run and get any parts he needed. Unfortunately, he had a chip on his shoulder and proceeded to tell me how disgusted he was with ""carpet-baggers"" coming out to the desert and ruining the quality of life. Funny but, us carpet baggers are providing a tremendous source of work/income for his company. As he was installing a faucet, he announced to me that he couldn't finish because a set screw was missing. I then ransacked the Grohe box and sure enough I found the set screw. This happened again when he told me an escutcheon for a shower valve was missing. Again, I ransacked the Grohe box and found it. I had to ask myself ""Is he looking for an excuse to extricate himself from this job""? His final announcement was that he could not test the water temperature because the water heater was not working properly. I then performed research to find out how to re-set the temperature on the water heater since he was unfamiliar with the Rheem electric water heater that we had. He left without finishing the final task which was to install hose bibs for the washing machine. This ended up being a lucky break for us since a different plumber came back at a later date to perform that task. He was amazing, very cordial and helpful and in two minutes time he had our water heater reset. In summary, this wasn't our first rodeo in restoring/refinishing a home. It was truly a nightmare working with Schroeder Plumbing and I would not recommend them.

My architect recommended Schroeder Plumbing to come help with a plumbing issue I was experiencing. They were friendly, easy to schedule, and communicated well. They even called to see if it was ok to come out earlier than originally scheduled.

The plumber who came out was efficient and professional. He did a good job of explaining what was happening and what my options were. He made me feel confident that I was getting honest information.

I feel like their pricing was reasonable and fair. I would recommend Schroeder without reservation.
