Worse experience ever.

Plumber came out last week. Did not identify the problem. Called them back again. They rescheduled me for the wrong day because some elderly scheduler got confused. Wanted $225 for valve repair and $900 to replace the toilet.

Asked to speak to a supervisor that claimed to call me back but didn't. Had to call the company again. Supervisor was not helpful.

Paid $99 and $225 for some valve repair and putting a handle back on the faucet.

Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

They came to snake my clogged toilet and place a new toilet there. I supplied the new toilet myself. They did the work and charged me for a toilet. I called and they said "oh he's hooking you up with a deal. It's normally $420 to snake the pipe so that's why he charged you that much for the toilet" I said why does snaking a drain cost $420? And he said "oh it's to cover the price of the snake in case it breaks and we have to recover it and replace it" I'm like, but it didn't break... so why are yall charging me that much. Gave me the run around. I had to get this work done ASAP so I payed for this. Worker put his weight on my tub trim and popped it from the tub. I said don't do that cause you're breaking it. He said "sorry" then preceded to keep doing it, breaking it more. And then did not offer to fix it or compensate me for the damage. These guys are scams. Told my buddy he had a foundation leak and wanted $15,000 to fix it. My buddy did his own investigating to find the dishwasher leaked and cause hardwood floor damage and that is all. SCAMMERS!

Great experience with Schrader! They were able to arrive earlier than expected. John was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. And, it ended up costing much less than we thought. Highly recommend!

Overcharged for not getting the job done. I'm sure they will post a response with an excuse to try to save face. Bottom line is, they charged me $820 for a drain cleaning and when it clogged back up less than 12 hours later, was told it wasn't under warranty because there were too many roots in the pipe and their "job" was to just create water flow... yet it didn't flow. The job was to clean the drain regardless of the condition of the cast iron pipe. Sad to say, the way I was treated as a repeat customer was very unprofessional. Will not be using them ever again and will make sure to pass the word on about their extreme overprices. Don't even get me started on the amount of cleanup I had to do after the plumbers tracked through my house touching everything and walking everywhere with feces on them. But hey! I'm just one customer. They won't care about making it right. They got their money!
