My experience with the team at Schrader Plumbing was overall very positive. Provided a timely and accurate written quote. Showed up when they said they would (changed from original time but contacted us beforehand-which is very good ). While they were unable to complete all of what we wanted (no fault of theirs as it was an existing "add on" construction issue) the workman were neat, courteous, efficient & effective AND addressed the main issue. While I hope to never have to "call a plumber" for a leak again, I am thankful for Yelp as that is where I found these guys and just like the majority of their reviews showed, they take care of their customers.

Gave me quote for some crazy repair. Option I was given was to replace all pipes for $8k. Had another plumber do it for $2k. That other plumber told me I didn't need to do all of the things this company told me I needed. Like replacing all the gas pipe to one unit of the duplex to pass inspection. All it needed was to replace a small pipe (angled pipe not sure of the name) by the gas wall heater, and it passed inspection.

2 stars because workers seemed friendly.

I used Schrader Plumbing January 2017 for my water heater replacement. There was no bait and switch. They quoted a price and honored it. Upon arrival, they were courteous, timely, knowledgeable and professional. They went above-board to ensure my satisfaction!
In the future, whenever I have plumbing needs, I'll call them. I'll also be sure to refer them to my Realtor clients and friends! John and Jeff rock!

Sometimes things happen at the wrong time. Woke up to prepare breakfast, rinse a few dishes off and the kitchen sink drain was clogged. Attempted to clear the drain with one of my tools, no joy . Through my Yelp app found Schrader Plumbing, gave them a call. They told me they could come out the next day. Fortunately they had a Technician in the area on a small call & asked if could he could stop by a little later the same day, I agreed. The technician was courteous & professional, went right to work. The entire job lasted about 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable. This review is gratuitous.

Schrader Plumbing does it again! I called John to have two brand-new faucets installed in the master bathroom. He sent one of his guys out, arrived on time, and did beautiful work. Schrader Plumbing has fair prices and exceptional service. My go to plumber!!!

Nice technician and timely response. We had a small gas leak on the flex pipe on our water heater. The technician not only repaired the leak, but installed 2 sediment traps to bring it up to code for inspection. A++ would highly recommend.
