I have used the Schrader's for many years. Don's father put in the septic system at my Michigan house. Don has been a wonderful resource: he suggested some things that saved me alot of trouble about my drains. He recently had to come and open the septic up as I was getting water backed up into the basement when it rained. He diagnosed it--cleaned out the pipes and cooperated with an excellent septic pumping guy: Clyde's in Sawyer. Don is the best! Intelligent, professional, caring and very fair...I would use him for anything he does...he is a great resource and I hope he will do this work forever. It is a pleasure to have such a great professional resource for any homeowner. Thanks Don!

If I could give Schrader's Drain Cleaning 6 stars, I would.

The drain in my basement backed up over Memorial Day weekend. I called a bunch of different plumbing services all over Harbor Country and every place was overbooked.

Don was quick to respond and showed up within a couple hours (compared to other places that said I'd have to wait a week or two before I could get an appointment).

Don was professional, friendly and was diligent with fixing the drain issue. The price was fair and I will always go back to using Schrader's Drain Cleaning if I ever have issues with my drains.

We had a major clog way down in our sink drain line over the holidays and had tried everything we could think of to fix it. Don was able to get out as soon as we called and quickly made it go away. He was great to work with and we really needed the help. We highly recommend him!

No, nope, absolutely not. They have been out to my house, several times, still having issues after paying him a lot of money. I called to address the situation and he suggested I find another plumber. Really wish he had suggested that before I paid him over a thousand dollars but now I'm going to take his advice and do just that. I would suggest anyone else thinking of hiring Don Schrader do the same, hire someone else.
