Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful! Not only did Chris give me the most reasonable quote (by far!), but he also came out and got the job done THAT WEEK. He was so friendly and willing to help, which was such a change of pace from the other companies we had interacted with. I will definitely be using Schott Plumbing for ALL of my future plumbing needs, and suggesting that my friends and neighbors do the same. I can't recommend him enough!

Chris and his team from Schott Plumbing are excellent! I had to get new storm sewer drainage pipes and new sewage pipes installed at my residence. I received 4 estimates for the sewage pipe installation, Schott plumbing was the most reasonable with the longest guarantee for the work so I went with them. Chris responded quickly in coming out to write up a quote and very responsive to any questions that I had while I was considering who to hire. Once I contracted with Schott, the team was out here first thing in the morning and when they said they would be. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the work Schott Plumbing did in installing the sewage lines, that I hired them back to install the storm sewer pipes. I highly recommend them!

This company responded quickly to our call for an estimate, very professional AND the most reasonable of the 3 quotes we received from local plumbers. I have to say I was distraught at the thought of having my front yard dug up to replace the water pipe from the road to the house. The worry was all for naught. They scored and took up patches of grass, used plywood and when they were all done, you couldn't really tell we just had it done unless you were out there standing on top of it. I apologize, as I was remiss in writing a review back when we had the work done. I would 150% use this company again. Thank You Schott plumbing.

I found this company to be very reliable, knowledgeable, competent, and reasonably priced over the 25+ years we have done business.

Of all the plumbing contractors out there, I have settled on two as my ""go to"" guys, and these guys are one of them.

In addition, I have steam heat and a boiler. They have provided excellent maintenance on it over the years and helped keep it in good working order.

Save yourself the headache and do not use. Very unprofessional and extremely hard to communicate with. Charged 2 to 3 times what I was told it would cost and despite repeated attempts via email/phone call etc was not able to get it resolved.
