What to say about Schoenwalder! They were the only plumbing company to answer my call and walk me through what was wrong with my shower. They were friendly, affordable and reliable. Having a plumber I can count on means so much to our family. Vincent was our tech and I would highly recommend him personally to any one looking for a plumber. He even offered to take off his shoes when he came in knowing I have small children.

Had Schoenwalder plumbing repair a toilet that was leaking from tank into bowl. Their invoice for $200 read they rebuilt the water tank. I assumed they must have rebuilt everything inside the water tank because I could have bought a new toilet for that amount. Less than one year later our water bill doubles and I test the toilet tank with food coloring and the same toilet tank is leaking into bowl. Called to see if they would come out to check their work and make sure something they replaced wasn't malfunctioning. Turns out its has been 13 months since repair and they need to charge a service call. Last internals of this toilet lasted 16 years. Next time I'll call someone that stands behind their work. This time I'll install a new toilet because it will be less expensive than this company charges to repair. I do not recommend this company.

New kitchen faucet installed. On time, friendly and efficient. Followed requested safety concerns we had ahead of time. Explained everything. Didn't try to up sell anything (a welcomed relief)! In and out without issue. Faucet works great - dishwasher is next! Thanks! Highly recommended!

Brian was fantastic! We had 8 family members over for Thanksgiving when we realized our pipes were leaking in the basement. We submitted an insurance claim and they were over within an hour. He was fast and professional and explained exactly what was wrong. We will be calling them again if there are any plumbing needs!

I cannot say too many good things about the guys at Schoenwalders! Today Brian serviced my hot water heater, but he has taken care of our plumbing many times, over the years. My house is 110 years old, with all the quirks and idiosyncrasies you might expect in a place that old. A few days before Christmas last year, he said our problems in the main bathroom were due to the Victorian box trap on the tub. He replaced it with a modern one and had everything done before our guests arrived. I was ecstatic! I have lived in this house for 25 years, and after my next door neighbor recommended them, I have never used another plumber. They are unfailingly on time, friendly, polite and clean workers.

If you order bathroom fixtures from them, don't expect a phone call from them letting you know your order is in. No, you must call them, after waiting weeks. I gave them a second chance; they had done this to me on a previous order.

Contacted Schoenwalder to do a remodeling job. They came out to look at the job and told us they would send a quote. Never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company.
