Solid work, response very good. No use of used parts I could see which seems to be a growing problem in this area. I do wish they were a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for.

I received a Re-Bath shower and tub install w/window in 2011. Double hung window gets moisture between panes on lower frame. All of this work was done under impression and in writing of lifetime warranty. Called them up and they sent representative and he concurred seal was broken. Now they tell me it is out of warranty. Said window is not their problem even though they sold and installed it. Now trying to get some help from window manufacturer. Be afraid folks!! BBB will be my next stop.

We have used Schnorr plumbing since 1983, as always their skill and promptness outshines others. The latest call involved our sewer overflowing. We did not know that Schnorr did this work. We called others only to be told that the sewer line was broken and crushed underground, the price was excessive.
We then called Schnorr for advise, only to find out that they did this type of work.
Schnorr came out snaked the line out, they found nothing broken. Just in case we had them camera the line.
The line was clean as a whistle, no breaks, nothing crushed.
We really appreciate their honesty , integrity and skill. Thank you.
For the other company, we could have been out a lot of money for nothing.
