Repair of air conditioning. AC working well now. However, scheduling appears to be unable to give a reasonable estimate of arrival time (9-9), which is important to an elderly person subject to heat exhaustion who wants to leave an overheated house to find AC until time of arrival. Cost covered by warranty.

I've been a customer of Schneller for years, but something in their value equation and responsiveness has definitely changed. In my last two attempts to use their service, their prices were way overpriced. Last one, they wanted to fix the AC that's a year old for $2,000. When I had another service come in, they checked the air filter, which was very dirty, but Schneller never checked it. All that had to be done was replace the air filter and add Freon - problem solved for $230 vs $2,000. I called the office and made a complaint and canceled our monthly maintenance plan for both of our properties, but no one ever called back. Just not the same company that I started with.

Ian Taylor repaired my AC on June 9th and he did a fine job as he quickly recognized the problem and did the repair in 30 minutes from his arrival to completing the repair itself. He presented himself in a very professional manner answering my questions and overall behavior. I was surprised at the cost to replace the battery however I am not educated enough to debate what I thought may have been a high cost for the repair and I am satisfied with the work that was done and I have no complaints. Logan was awesome, this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have had to call Schneller Knochelmann. Once because my water heater was out and then a week later my main line backed up. Both times Logan showed up and fixed my issues! He answered my 100 questions no problem and went above and beyond When my main line needed snaked.

Benjamin (Ben) is such a nice guy, man. They re-did our sewer last year and he came to lower the clean out pipe for me now that the ground settled. He remembered me and the house as if I was a patient at his Dr. office , a whole year later!. Such great customer service, suck quick service, I'll never use another plumber . Thanks Ben.

Chad Leforce from Schneller Knockelman arrived on time for a periodic furnace checkup.
He showed me what kind of filters I needed and how to change them. He also showed me the water cut off and some of the furniture furniture features that I didn't know about. He did a great job and he was extremely confident at his job Schneller Knockelmann always does a good job for us.
