Benjamin (Ben) is such a nice guy, man. They re-did our sewer last year and he came to lower the clean out pipe for me now that the ground settled. He showed me what kind of filters I needed and how to change them. He also showed me the water cut off and some of the furniture furniture features that I didn't know about. He did a great job and he was extremely confident at his job Schneller Knockelmann always does a good job for us.

Schneller Knochlemann is a first class HVAC company servicing Cincinnati and Norther Kentucky. I recently replaced my entire system with a modern Daikin dual fuel heat pump solution and I have been delighted with the results. I have had the opportunity to work with several Schneller Knochlemann personnel and I've been very impressed with each, in terms of professionalism and customer interaction.
This morning I called the main office to report an error message on my wall controller and within 45 minutes I had service tech Rico Hill at my door. Rico is a familiar and welcome face from SK. Very congenial, fast, tidy and he knows his stuff. It took him about an hour to identify the problem and coordinate with the main office on additional system requirements. Those modifications are in process and the cost of all this?............No charge!
It's easy to appreciate a company with this kind of work ethic and employees like this.
