SKPHA and tech Dillon Brue were very quick to respond to my failed sump pump. Dillon was on site within 2 hours to evaluate the problem and had the pump replaced quickly. Dillon is very professional and personable. He kept me informed throughout the replacement and always contacted me when he was going to arrive.

Do not use this company. My girlfriend needed two bathroom faucets replaced on a double vanity in her master bathroom. She purchased the faucets herself....keep this in mind when you see the number below.....and called this ""business"" to install them. Although a completely straightforward job, they would not give her a price on the phone and stated that they would need to make a service call first before quoting. They did......for which she was charged a non-refundable service charge....and then quoted her nearly $1,000 to install the two faucets. Keep in mind that the cost of the faucets themselves was not included in this price. They also tried to pressure her into unnecessary upgrades at additional cost. She told them to get lost, but she lost the service call fee (criminal, in my opinion). She got a quote a short time later from another company to install them for $250. DON'T REWARD THESE PRACTICES. GO ELSEWHERE.

I wanted to get two bathroom faucets replaced. They would not give me a quote without a visit (which obviously included a fee). The technician insisted on quoting me for additional services I had not requested and told him I did not want. The quote for the two faucets was FOUR TIMES AS MUCH as I ended up paying to someone else.

I was thrilled to have David Rose, a Schneller Knochelmann HVAC technician, address the problems with the boiler this company installed 29 years ago. David is one of the most wonderful people I've ever had work in our home. He is thorough, patient, respectful, and a perfectionist.

There were several problems with our boiler that required tenacity to fix. David replaced the boiler's sight tube, the feedwater regulator, and he skimmed the boiler for most of a day to remove gunk that had accumulated. To accomplish these tasks, he had to be resourceful. In order to skim the boiler, David, with the help of another great HVAC technician, Kevin, had to unscrew a 29 year old cast iron pipe. That required the use of torches, massive wrenches, and a car jack, but they got it open!

It took several visits to fix everything, but my boiler is working beautifully now. I very much appreciate that they provide a quote before doing each task. You know exactly what you will be paying. In addition to David's competence, he left everything in pristine condition after every visit. He always put on shoe covers and was so respectful of my home.

You should be ashamed of yourself. I got a call to come out for a check up. They proceeded to tell me my one year old unit was bad, worthless, warranty worthless, compressor not working. I needed to
spend 8800 for a new system. This not being my area of expertise I agreed. Then called back and cxl it. They still
tried to come 3 days in a row acting like I had never said that. Texting and calling.
Fast forward a reputable company came and said all is fine I just needed a small inexpensive part.

This company is deplorable! They should be put out of business. They are liars and I will continue to inform others of this. Will continue to put bad reviews anywhere I can. Shame on you and your sleazy employees.
