The insulation in our oil burner crumbled and because it was an old model, we kept waiting and waiting for the part. The weather turned cold with no response from the manufacturer. Because Chris was willing to think outside the box, he figured out how to replace the part and came in the day before Thanksgiving to make sure our family was warm for the holiday gathering. We really appreciate being made a priority!

Sucks the dude broke my faucet by being too rough with the hosing underneath . Called for a snaking of the kitchen drain was slightly clogged and got a 1500$ bill . I was scammed that's my personal experience and I've used him once before for shower cartridge replacement and he charged me a lot for a 20$ part like 250$ that anybody can do in ten minutes but I was in Costa Rica surfing and was a renter landlord sich. You scam me me like this and I'm coming on yelp. I'd give him - stars because how he treated me if I could and breaking a perfectly good faucet and making money off the install labor time etc I've been in business for years myself and am a business owner. You wanna play with people and be a money hungry scammer the karma eventually will get in your pocket long term . Dont take advantage of hardworking honest people period.

The team at Schneider's did a wonderful and success repair on salvaging to good as new an antique spigot with fresh valves. The knowledge and honesty were a fair and friendly price met with exceptional customer support!!

My heat was out. I called. They sent a repairman . He arrived in about an hour. Very professional. Of course my furnace started working as soon as he got here. He checked everything and after a while the problem reoccurred. The boss had to come with another tool to check my gas pressure. I'm enjoying the working heat and hot water once again.

Schneider Plumbing installed a sink and faucet in my bathroom. The installer walked in without his tools even though he knew exactly what he was installing. He walked up to the 2nd floor and after a few minutes went downstairs and came back up 5 minutes later. When he was done he went back into his truck for 10 minutes to write up his estimate charging me $125 an hour including the 15 minutes of non-work and 45 minutes for driving to my place. He charged me $67 for parts that cost the company around $15. Including $42 for 2 flex connectors that he says cost around $10. I felt like I was gouged and would never use them again!

Called Schneider's three weeks ago for a leak in the roof of a kitchen. Said the leak was from third floor bathroom, and it was sealed.

Leak returned at the same spot. Called them back and said will send out a plumber between 1 - 130PM. No one showed up, so called them back. Said plumber was stuck on another job and won't be there for another hour and a half. No heads up, and when told I should have been given a head's up...said 'ok'.

No apology, no concern for the customer.

Was a victim of a bait and switch. Requested and experienced guy, got a newbee who was not very good. Did not do part of the job and overcharged by 1.5 hours. Used to be good before the merger with Wehmeyer

If you are looking for a plumber, you may want to look elsewhere. Charging $97 an hour is probably typical, but Schneider didn't have the part needed for my repair on their truck, so I was charged almost another hour for them to go get it. Add to that the plumber taking cigarette breaks (which I was also charged for), and one of the plumbers using my bushes to ""relieve himself"" - and you have yourself a genuine rip off artist/slob...call almost anybody else.
