I tried two different plumbers with discount offers for a stopped up bathroom tub. The first snaked the tub. It did not work and he then suggested a $650 solution. The second tried with no results and offered a $2,500 solution. After reading the reviews of Mike many of which had been through the multiple plumber experience I've been through I called Mile. He explained this may not work and what the issues may be. After 20 minutes Mike let me know the water is flowing. Mike has perfect ratings for one reason. He's honest, reliable and reasonable. He's my go to plumber now and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Mike is seriously the best! We had a clogged garbage disposal and he gave me an accurate quote over the phone. He arrived right on time, fixed the problem and even showed me how to fix it if it happens again. I was so blown away with his professionalism and kindness! I had a leaky shower head... drip, drip, drip. Called Mike and arranged for an appointment the next day. He showed up exactly on time and was right about the problem being the gasket... worn out and calcified after 14 years. Changed the worn part, reassembled control, caulked and no more leak!

I'd use him again - 5 Star.

Mike Schneider returned my call promptly and was very nice and helpful. He seemed genuine in wanting to help fix my problem even after I told him I needed one of those plumbing cameras, which he doesn't do that. He said that if I really needed the camera, he could get someone else to do that for me, which would be $250.

$250 is standard for those drain cameras it seems because the last 3 places I called quoted me $250.

This is not about any service that was performed. I placed a call to the plumber and asked him to install two toilets. We agreed on a date and then I asked for a price. The plumber responded that he needs to ""see"" the job first and I told him I am able to send many pictures. These are toilets that were removed for painting and now need to be installed. I believe a plumber who knows his trade should be able to at least provide a cost of what it takes to install two toilets, without being at the job. The next plumber I called did just that.
Again, this is not reflective of any service that was provided.
