Mike Schneider is extremely responsive, timely, conscientious, and professional. He did an excellent job repairing our bathroom toilet issues in short order, even though the toilet was in dire need of repair (including it's intake hose and valve). We found out for ourselves why Mike has great Yelp reviews. We discovered a leak on a Saturday, but it had stopped. He was working on other leaks that were more urgent, and rescheduled us for another day. This lets me know that if we ever are unfortunate to have an emergency gushing leak, he would try to prioritize ours over less critical issues, as well. On the arranged day, he did a wonderful job! Showed up on time, used high quality parts only available to contractors, cleaned up, and did the job efficiently. Clear, simple explanations and instructions to help his customers maintain their pipes and fixtures in good shape. Even at his expert level, he does not talk over your head, speaks to you like a real human being. Quality guy, quality work.

I have used Mike for plumbing issues multiple times for a reason. He's punctual, reliable, and always does a great job. His prices are very reasonable too. He always cleans up after himself, wears booties inside, and is just really easy to work with. I will only be using Mike in the South Bay!

Mike has been super helpful with our plumbing issues. We have old pipes that are cranky and we need to replace some faucets, piping and shower head. Mike has helped me work in coordination with the tile folks and tolerated my newbie and questions (since we have already had two pinhole leaks that caused a lot of issues). We talked through options and figured out the most reasonable options. I know it's probably frustrating for someone who knows their stuff to explain things to someone constantly asking questions, but Mike has been super kind and patient and is also very reasonable. He even helped pick out a nice new faucet system. Thanks Mike!

Mike Schneider does a fantastic job. He just completed putting in a new toilet and vanity/sink in my small bathroom and it came out beautiful. He helped me pick out new fixtures, picked them up at the store and installed them. Going from a pedestal sink to a vanity was a big change for me as I was concerned with the small space we had to work with, but he was right and I am very happy with the outcome.
