As others mentioned, he wears shoe booties when entering homes and cleans up his mess. He explains the process of plumbing if asked and is patient with responses. He responds via text and email as well. Mike is my go to plumber!

Another 5-star review! We had a clogged sink and a broken pipe under there. I called Mike Schneider and he returned my call immediately, We scheduled an appointment, as I was out of town. He called when he was on his way, and showed up at the time he said he would. He repaired the pipes and routed the clog and adjacent pipes. He gave me an estimate before he started and an updated estimate when he realized he would also have to unclog the pipes. His final price was exactly what his estimate was.

Mike knows what the term customer service means! He is friendly, personable and efficient. His price was VERY reasonable!
