Called first thing on a Saturday morning and had Mike over by noon that day. On-time, courteous, and willing to answer a variety of random questions (because I like to know what I don't know). Silly little problem with a new shower/tub diverter that only a pro would figure out.. Fixed, done, working well now.

Friendly, professional and honest. Mike was great. He was able to fix a clogged drain that another plumbers said couldn't be fixed without adding a drain which would have cost more than just snaking what mike and Kyle did for several hours. He did suggest that we would eventually would need to replace a pipe in the future but all is good for now. I have now found a plumber that is honest and reliable. Thanks Mike!

Normally, when I see 20 to 30 reviews for something and they are all 5 star, I wonder, just how big is this guy's family anyway? Well... call me part of the family now. Excellent work, cooperation and communication all at a price that will probably be less than you would expect and with no surprises or egregious markups. I'm looking around the house right now trying to find more for him to do. As a nice bonus, he is a pleasure to chat with and is training an apprentice so he can expand to more customers!

Gary actually deserves 10 stars! As I'm sure everyone can relate - you anticipate the cost, if the issue isn't more complex, will they upsell you, how messy is it going to be along with whether they're courteous, friendly, respectful etc. Well Gary Schneider is the best of the best -- take world class knowledge and skills, mix with fantastic mid-west values, and the best pricing in the South Bay!! If you have ANY needs large or small, and even if you're isolated up on 'the hill"" (aka Palos Verdes) Gary is the best. This guy, Mike, is the real deal! He came to my house today and fixed my toilet in the back house. I called him 20 minutes prior and it was pure luck he was in the same area as my house so he came over and gave us an estimate and we liked his personality so much we didn't even wait for other estimates, we had him fix it right then and there. he took the toilet apart and got everything fixed in no time. i was so impressed! thank you for such an amazing service. you will be our new plumber. he was honest, down to earth and just a good guy, no Bull. Will definitely recommend him to our friends.

We've used Mike for small (clogged pipes) and large jobs (major bathroom remodel) and he was great. He's also a very nice person and cleans up the plumbing mess after he's done. He won't drag dirt into your house and track it all over. We've encountered all sorts of plumbing pricing and his is better than reasonable, I imagine because he's so well-regarded with lots of business coming in the door. If you have an immediate problem, he'll come right over as long as he's not working on a similar 9-1-1. If you have a large project, expect him to leave at some point to help someone with a 9-1-1. Then appreciate that because he'll do it for you someday. If your project is a must-finish on time, though, he'll come back and stay late to get it done.

His work is perfect. No leaks or problems of any sort a year after the bathroom remodel. When the pipes were exposed, I could see his work, and it really was excellent. Not that I'm an expert, but I've seen weirdly rigged plumbing and poor quality before, so I could tell the difference.

He answers by text or phone very quickly and is mostly available 7 days a week.

We were really impressed with Mike's service today. We had a sewer line clog and he came out just when he said he would (on Sat of a holiday week-end too). He did good work and solved the problem for a fair price and in a friendly way. I would definitely use him again or recommend to a friend.
