These guys are simply aweful. Rude, inconsiderate, liars who don't communicate at all. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Generally when you call a plumber you are in a time of need, but these guys seem to think they can lead customers on, never get back to them, and leave them flopping in the wind because the work is perceived of as to challenging. News flash big guy! Use a sump pump and get the water out of there, then send your apprentice down there to do the ""tough"" stuff. Anyways, I asked for a recommendation from my neighbors and got these guys, now I will be actively working against them working in my neighborhood. Trust me people, DONT HIRE LIARS! That's what these guys are!!

Brian and Jen are awesome! They added a half bath to our laundry space. They are super down to earth and I couldn't imagine them overcharging anyone. They were fast, fair and professional. The final product was amazing. We will definitely be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks.

The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone.

The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price.

Brian is a great plumber and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks so much, Brian!

We hired Schmitty's Plumbing for the plumbing part of a basement remodel and we could not be happier with the work they did. Brian was great at guiding us through the process, patient and attentive to our needs and his price was very fair! His team was great as well, very nice, considerate and did everything to ensure the work was as little disruptive as possible, my wife works from home and we have a 9 month old baby so finding a contractor that is able to adapt to our needs was really important. I could not recommend Brian and his crew more!

There was extensive work that needed to be done, including cutting concrete floors, decommissioning an old gas furnace, radiators and 2 water heaters, removing all the gas pipes, installing a tankless water heater, doing all the rough in for a new bathroom, reconfiguring the existing bathroom and moving water pipes out of the way to create more room... this was an extensive 2 weeks plumbing project as they were awesome through the entire process. Unfortunately the pictures I took do not do service to show the extent of the work that was done but I am attaching some of them anyway. Thank you Brian and team for doing such a great job.
