I requested a plumber on Angie's List. They provided this plumber who gave me a quote to move a gas connection for my range 30 inches for a cost of $475. It required working in a crawl space and he had Angie overhead to satisfy, so I agreed to the price. He had to drill a new hole in the floor and disconnect & reconnect the shut off valve. He also had to unmount and remount the the shut off valve at the new hole. He did not have to extend the flexible gas line as the new hole was closer to the gas source.
I was a bit disappointed that he did not shorten the line, he just doubled it back. This was not a dealbreaker. What was most disappointing was that he did not support the extra 30 inches of line to the joists. I am not quite sure that this is even legal. I do not consider this to be quality work.

never use this guy daniel! he charged my amex $3,000.00 after never completing any work at my rental property. i notified him that after a second opinion was done, we no longer needed his services. he instantly charged my card for 3,000 of an estimated quote of $8,000.00 to dig up my yard and repair broken pipes. he never ran a camera to ensure that the pipe was broke. i called him and told him not to do any work. this guy still charged my card and has not credited my account!
please don't ever use anyone who has no sound business practices! we don't even have a work contract in place!

Very, very efficient. They came the next day and had my gas line and plumbing fixed within a couple hours. They were neat and courteous and did it all for a really good price. I'd highly recommend them and plan on using Daniel Schlueter for all my plumbing needs.

They came out and gave me an estimate and set up an appointment to do the work....the first of 6 appointments they would make, on the day and time of their choice, and not show up for. On 5 of the six appointments I only found out they were not coming when an hour after the appointment time I would call only to be told they were not making it for that appointment. If you need the work done I would not call these folks,better to call someone who will show up.
