A mini-ductless split A/C unit was making a funny noise and started leaking water. I called Schlosser after hours to see if they could fix it. I had used them once before with no problems. Two technicians came out the next day to fix the unit. Several hours after they left, the unit started leaking worse than it was previously. I requested another service call and someone came out a few days later. The new technician stated that they needed to order a part and left. I called the office three times for a status update since the weather was very hot. Each time I called I was told someone would call me back but they never did. The fourth time I called they said the part was in and scheduled an appointment one day later. I received a call the morning of the appointment and was told that someone called out and that they were unable to service my unit that day. They told me the best they could do was to come out 10 days later. This makes it almost 20 days since my original call. The person I spoke to was rude and discourteous. They kept saying there is nothing they can do and that it was my problem. He offered to cancel the appointment if I wasn't happy. 20 days, three technicians and still not fixed all while being charged ""emergency after-hour prices."" I will no longer use this company.
