My husband and I had a plumbing issue in our new house and one of the toilets and shower was stopped up.I placed a call to Schitt's plumbing at 7:30 PM to see if I can get someone to come out. I talked to Jacob Davis and he told me he would be there in approximately 30 minutes. He was good to his word. He freed up the toilet and shower and cleaned out the lines. His fee was more than reasonable. He will definitely be someone I will call in the future.Definitely deserves a five star rating.

So, this is the quality of the company you are considering....He somehow deleted this review after I posted it the first time. I called and asked him to come out. I gave him the opportunity to make it right. He did not do anything. I am just sharing the facts... The plumber we used for years was unavailable when we started doing bathroom renovations. I searched online and chose Schitt's Plumbing based on their reviews for two reasons - it sounded like they took pride in doing things right, and if there was a problem, they would make things right. I was doing the rest of the work myself, except for the plumbing modifications and tile installation. When they quoted me the price for the two jobs, I was surprised at the price, based on the prices of my last plumber, but I decided it was worth it to know I would get high-quality work. The scope was to replace a tub and install the associated tub and shower fixtures in the first bathroom, and then install a new shower only fixture and shower drain in the second bathroom where I had removed a tub/shower combo. When they got done with the first bathroom, I looked at it from the side and said it looked fine, but was unable to look at it from inside the tub because it was filled with water. They did not put the handles, backplates, spout on, etc. because I needed to get the tile installed first. After the tile installation, I went to install the rest of my fixtures and noticed Schitt's had not moved the fixtures and spout over to be in line with the new tub drain and overflow that they installed. It looks terrible and now the tile is installed. I called Schitts to see if they could come and see if it could be moved over somehow, maybe through the back of the wall behind it. He could have cared less and did not even come out. His response was 'that's why I had you look at it before we left.' I didn't think by paying a high price to have an expert plumber that I would have to check that they did the very basics correctly, like line it up with the drain. I was worried about the tub leaking or cracking (from reading reviews on that). I actually thought I could trust them to know what they were doing. I was wrong. And now, I went in the other bathroom to install the rest of the fixtures and they installed the shower valve cartridge so crooked, it is extremely noticeable. Do not use Schitt's Plumbing if you want a quality job done correctly, a company that makes it right if it's not, and/or you want a company that cares about their customers. Unfortunately, you don't always get what you pay for. These two jobs cost me $3094 for labor only as I supplied the tub, overflow and all the fixtures.
