While all the other plumbers I contacted told me to replace my leaking hot water heater, Robert was the only one who didn't upsell me and was able to fix the leak.

I had an extremely old faucet in my bathroom shower. No plumber would fix it because they would have to cut the tile the replace it. Well, Rob came, and not only did he fix it, but it looks fantastic. He showed me how he cut the tile, which was like the surgeon had done. The cut was beyond clean. The shower now works, and I am still amazed every time I run the water. Nothing leaks anymore and I don't have to worry about it anymore. I will absolutely be having Rob come back when I need a reliable, honest plumber!

Robert saves the day!

After trying unsuccessfully to get my old, leaky faucet replaced by two other plumbers, I read about Robert. His reviews were outstanding and now I know why. I called, he responded, first time! I know plumbers are busy people, but he was able to replace my faucet the next day, and texted he would be early. How rare is that! Not only was he responsive, but he was respectful (wore a mask), friendly, informative and super neat. Robert went above and beyond what he had to do. His price was very fair.
Overall he did a fantastic job, he's a hard worker, a genuinely nice person and very professional. I now have a new faucet and a new plumber. I highly recommend Robert. Can't say enough good things about him.

Robert was awesome! He came to my house to finish off a vanity replacement that I had messed up and finally realized that I needed a professional plumber. Robert arrived on time. He was very courteous and covered my tile with tarp before starting his work. Once Robert was done, he cleaned up the work area and left the bathroom spotless. His price was more than reasonable. Robert was running late and texted me an apology plus the time he would arrive. He showed up at the time he said he would arrive. He was thorough in his examination of the issues, informed me all about the problems and what he would suggest doing, and conscientious in his clean up of the area.
He was pleasant, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and fixed the two problems.
His charges were very reasonable.
