Saw a review on Yelp and decided to try Schemmer. Called at 9 this morning and Wayne was out by 9:30 (guess I was lucky). Came in told me what the problem was with the toilet leaking, fixed it with all new guts and supply hose and was done in a half hour. Charged me $130 ... had an outfit called Ed The Plumber out last year for the same problem on a different toilet and he charged $289! Ed can go flush himself ... I'm now a Schemmer guy.

Scheduled (non emergency) visit for minor issues -- faucet leaks and sticking toilet handle.

Spent one hour of time (rounding up) and $10 parts. $240. Definitely, soaked us (pun intended).

Very good. Quick service with fair prices. He gave me an estimate for pricing before even starting so there were no surprises. He was very good at showing me the problem he was fixing and setting my expectations. And also I got a good vibe from him. He seems genuine and not scammy at all.

He is my first choice for all future plumbing needs.

I recommend Schemmer Plumbing very highly. I called with a non-emergency issue, and Wayne came first thing the following morning. He fixed a problem that another plumber had said would require replacement of the entire fixture. He had to make a pretty good effort physically to do so, but he was successful. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. After having used another local plumber for years who was just OK, we have found our new plumber!

I was very impressed with Wayne's quick response , honesty and quality of work. I called him at 6:30 pm and 40 minutes later he was working in my house fixing the problem . He quoted me over the phone for the repair and when he was done it turned out to be less because he over estimated the time over the phone. Not too many people would do that. I highly recommend him.
