My well water stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I was so very worried about how to get it fixed as I had no water and had to work the next day. I searched for plumbers but regular plumbers don't fix well pumps but one plumber said I needed to search for well pump repair. So I did and I was lucky to have found Dale, the owner. He answered my call right away and came over, found the problem and fixed it right away. It was an electrical problem with the pressure pump ($50) inside the house and not the pump outside ($2500). I was so happy. Then he turned the water back on and immediately the pump blew spewing water into my basement! He was quick to turn the water back off. He turned the 20 year old pump over and noticed a hole that had been a time bomb waiting to flood my basement. Dale told me that he had a pressure pump at his shop and could go get me one and replace it tonight. So, 45 minutes later he returned with a brand new pump and had it installed with the water on to the house in 20 minutes!! I am so grateful that I found this man!! He only charged me for the pump and his regular service fee. He didn't gouge me for coming out on a Sunday either!! I would highly recommend Scheidegger's Pump Service for ANY water well issue you may have!!!

While Dale works on all types of well pumps, he is one of the few that will work on a jet pump. I called him about a leak near mine and he was able to come out the same day. He presented all my options. Gave me his suggestions, when asked. And had me fixed up on Monday. (He even offered to work on Saturday if the leak got worse.)

I found Dale to be prompt, fair and willing to share a wealth of knowledge.

I fully recommend giving him a call for your well pump needs.
