Bill came by with his helper/Apprentice on time and was very professional. They both wore protective shoe coverings (nice touch) and worked quickly. We were quoted more than what he charged me to install a new garbage disposal (home didn't have one when we purchased) so that was a nice surprise. The work was clean and efficient. I've used to be married to a top plumber so I'd like to think I know what I am talking about. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects/messes.
