After having called few other plumbing companies which either didn't answer the phone, had no availability or provided an outrageous fee quote, I called Schede (google search). I needed to schedule a dishwasher installation and valve replacement in a condo- the lady who answered the phone was polite and friendly, provided all required documents to the condo management promptly. Service was reasonably priced and provided within few days. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Schede Plumbing & Heating! We were looking for someone to replace our AC filters and ispect the HVAC system for the season. The company was very responsive and was able to give us an appointment within a week. The technician, Randy, did a fantastic job - he called on the day of the job to give us a specific ETA, arrived promptly, replaced the filters and did a very thorough check of our HVAC system. When we mentioned an issue with the airflow in one of the rooms, Randy was able to troubleshoot the problem and helped us remove the extra insulation foam over the airvent that was restricting the airflow. In addition, he also checked out the condensers outside to make sure everything was in order. We will definitely be using the company in the future!

I have been using Schede Plumbing and Heating in Stamford, for a few years and can say they are the best I have ever dealt with. They are courteous on the phone, always accommodating and come when promised. Most recently I had two faucets leaking badly in my kitchen. I received a call from David before he came, made me face time the faucets and purchased the new one's before he arrived to save me time. They installed the faucets, and cleaned up immaculately after themselves. They are also reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing or heating needs.

It's plumbers are amicable (depending upon how they are TREATED, I suppose), knowledgeable and skilled at getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible - which saves me/you $$$ money! Louis Schede, who is partially retired now is still relatively engaged with his reliable and effective business. And... is a SUPER NICE guy. I had two other companies come by the house for a kitchen sink drain. $600 later they both literally gave up. Zero help. I called Schede because their website looked more legit and they were local. Nicholas showed up immediately and we walked through the issue. No charge. He came back a day later and got to work. Fixed the problem in 2hrs. Very knowledgeable, kind, smart, and reliable. Do not wast your time with those other snakes. Absolutely call Schede.
