Called about a toliet problem, Jason answered the phone with Hello, no name of the company. Had a very irritated tone to his voice. Told him what I needed and he said he was to busy and to find someone else. No thanks for calling, no I'm sorry I am to busy. Not friendly at all!

Pros: Very nice guy who showed up when he said he would! Also, he works very quick.
Cons: WAY over charged. And unfortunately, after the repair, it started to leak ""/
Safeguard: Make sure you ask what he's going to charge you before he does the work.

We are local to Elgin, so we wanted a local plumber when the temp gauge went out in May. They did the job, however, it was an enormous bill for simple fix on our 4 year old water heater for a non emergency call. We complained twice, they refused to adjust the bill. It was for 1 hour of work, for 1 part installed and the part was under warranty. $250 for an hour, cash or check only. I would have paid $125, no complaints. They did the job fine, but the rate is outrageous. Two stars because they did install it properly, but will not use them again. Very poor customer service. When someone calls to complain, use it as an opportunity to learn something about your company so you can fix it! Don't just ignore it and think it will go away. It comes back as a bad review on Yelp.
