Service was totally unacceptable. Problem : the house had no hot water. After two visits from different technicians , the heating system (heat and hot water) was still not working. The manager stated that the system was a 'unicorn' and he was not certain what the problem was, promised to do some research and contact me when he had more information. I waited and waited but never heard from him again and thus I was without hot water for just about one month. I was charged $186.00 for the first visit but never got a refund. I wrote to the general manager with my complaint via snail mail but never got the courtesy of a response. This style of client relations is despicable and unnecessary. If you don't have the knowledge to do the repair, let the customer know promptly so that the customer can explore other options and get hot water restored. Thus this company is not recommended based on my experience. Buyer beware.

We recently moved into the area and needed servicing on our HVAC system. Ryan from Schaible's came to our aid. He was professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He spent time to go through everything with us, gave us pointers for the future and was generally a great man. Next time we need anything, we will be calling on Ryan from Schaible's!!

We had been dealing with very hard water for years, until now. Schaible's did a wonderful job on installing a new water system in our home, they showed up when they said they would, they were very professional, friendly and did incredible workmanship. Worth every penny!

My wife and I just moved to the area from NYC, not even a month goes by and we got water in our basement coming from our boiler. We were told they last forever. Which is generally true...until Ryan Ambrosio came by from Schaible's and told us it was using all the wrong parts such as water hoses for heating and no liner in our chimney. No liner makes the boiler work over-time. Here we are 2 days later and getting a new boiler what seems to be a great price. Ryan did great service and told us exactly what the problems were. I can't thank him and Schaible's enough for an easy fix.

On March 21, 2023, had to replace a very old bathroom 2-valves shower handle, shower arm and shower head, which required access through a wooden wall panel that was glued to the sheetrock.
The scout Technician was very personable, prompt, and professional. He measured and scoped-out the job and called the second Technician who came with the new 1-valve shower handle and replacement parts.
The second Technician made a very neat, clean cut through the glued wooden panel and sheetrock to gain access to the pipes. The pipes were cut, old fixture was removed and replaced, and the wooden panel was put back in place. It was not an easy job, the job consisted of paneling and plumbing.
The second Technician was also very professional, personable and has a passion for his profession.
I will gladly use their services again.

Schaible's Plumbing and Heating really came through for us when my husband and I suddenly needed to switch from our oil furnace to a gas furnace. They also replaced our existing pipe to our gas hot water heater. All of the technicians were professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. They were very responsible and as concerned as we were with safety. They completed all of the work in a timely manner and did not leave a mess or debris behind. Also the office staff were very helpful and proactive with all aspects of this process. My husband and I highly recommend Schaible's Plumbing and Heating.

Seen their vehicles on the road all the time, seems their prerogative is drive dangerously and carelessly. Never had a good interaction with someone wearing their label. Can't imagine they do good business since they seem to employ such assholes. Personally recommend everyone I know AGAINST using them.

The company and manager, Ed is very dishonest. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We were an old, returning customer of Hoffman and Son who had to replace a sump pump under warranty. After agreeing on a price for the job, Schaible's scheduled an appointment with a technician to come replace the SAME model pump. We sent the technician back after learning they were trying to install another sump pump not the same model as the warrantied. Ed, the manager called us and gave us a BS excuse of not wanting to do the job b/c we enquired for a discount on labor. In reality, he didn't want to complete job b/c the price of the sump pump was much higher than the one they wanted to install. NOT A CUSTOMER/CLIENT FRIENDLY BUSINESS!!

Good company to call if you want to waste time getting an estimate that your never receive. Next time try stating your not interested in doing the job instead of wasting people's time.
