We had 2 toilets that were leaking - they came on time, and Jim and his assistant were great - fixing both in less than an hour. They were clean and respectful as well as respecting our home - cleaned up all the residue (old parts, etc) . We will definitely call them next time we need a plumber

I woke up to no hot water from my 4 year old Bradford & White water heater and found Schaaf through yelp. Gave them a call and got a call back promptly to set up an appointment.

They were able to visit me within a few hours of the call and got me back up and running in one hour. The guys were friendly, patient and professional. Even my overly protective dogs liked them. They answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair and worth every penny.

I was also impressed that they arrived right at the beginning of the quoted time window. When it is time for any plumbing repairs or a new water heater, I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you Jimmy.

It's been a few weeks but I wanted to make sure I left a review for this company because the entire experience from start to finish was superb.

Unfortunately over the years we have dealt with subpar plumbing/mechanical contractors for work inside our properties. That was certainly not the case with Schaaf. Scheduling was very fast and easy (and I certainly enjoyed the woman I was dealing with on the phone; she put a smile on my face). Schaaf was literally at my property the next day and scheduled their visit around my hectic schedule. Everything about their visit was fair and professional. The pair of licensed professional plumbers (and I use the word ""professional"" because there are too many other companies out there with hack job plumbers) arrived on time, assessed issues we had and performed the work we needed in a very timely manner. The work was done correctly, and they even did troubleshooting to pinpoint an issue we were having with water flow to a hose spigot. We initially thought a valve needed to be replaced, however, the internal component of the existing hose spigot had actually exploded and jammed the line. They replaced the hose spigot with a quality (American-made) product and ALSO tightened the packing nut on the associated valve that we thought was faulty. (Any other plumber would have tried to sell you an entirely new shutoff valve in addition to the hose spigot). The price was fair (or better than fair compared to previous experiences). You receive text message updates when the plumbers are scheduled to arrive and when they are on their way, as well as immediate copies of invoices and such. There is literally no reason to call anybody else. There are only a handful of plumbers in the area that perform quality work at a fair (for both parties) price (Schaaf, Triple P). Don't call anybody else. When we need our AC condenser and air handler replaced soon we will not be calling anybody else. Excellent experience. Thanks again Schaaf.

it was the start of a blizzard and I had a utility appointment whereby the worker accidentally drilled into one my heating pipes. I called schaff plumbing, not really expecting an immediate response given the terrible weather. but Diane picked up my call and Jimmy came over to save the day to fix the hole and keep the heat running. thanks again!

We had some water in our basement a few months back. We were recommended to call them by a friend who used them before and was very satisfied. Any kind of water issue weather it big or small is not a fun thing to have. The crew of 3 showed up after the call about 2hrs later. At that point I had dried up the excess water but some was still seeping through the bottom molding on the floor. The only positive we had going for us is that our basement is tiled so no wet rugs to have to deal with. Everyone was masked up, assessed the damage and determined that the basement toilet should be snaked out. So they removed the toilet and snaked out to the street, about 40ft. I was hoping they came up with a baby wipe, a toy, or tree roots but nothing. They reassembled the toilet cleaned up any mess and we all hoped that should do it. I got the bill which to tell you the truth was much less than I thought it would be. I asked for the plumber's name and phone number just in case this happened again I could call him directly. Turned out he's a friend of a good friend of mine, which around here is pretty common lol! A week later the same thing happened again, this time on a Saturday late afternoon. Called Joe who remembered me right away, they came within an hr and re-snaked, this time went further over 50ft. Charged only $50 for the call and since then we have been water free knock on wood. I would definitely recommend using them if you have any plumbing issues.

They won't call you back. I needed a plumber to install a new faucet in my bathroom sink and a new toilet. Both inquiries went unanswered. I finally got a different plumber to help me.
