Hired them for a few jobs, gave them a few chances and no more. I don't recommend. The workmanship is really lacking (crooked pipes and installations), they don't clean up after themselves (trash and soda can left in walls), prices are high for the low quality.

Our basement flooded, the water wouldn't stop coming, Schaaf came to the rescue when other plumbers I tried on the phone spit the bit, and Danny and Elvis did a careful and complete repair, explaining everything, and we can breathe again.

Would highly recommend Schaaf Plumbing. We are working together on a couple projects in our home, an upstairs laundry and a first floor powder room. They patiently listened to us and the laundry installation was exactly what we had spec'd out. The washing machine has been working flawlessly for the past 6 months and we tested and made sure the emergency drain worked as well. The first floor half-bath is more complicated and we had a couple visits to make sure that the waste line and drain pipes were routable. Really appreciate all the careful attention from Schaaf!

The best. I had two plumbing companies tell me that I need a new furnace. Schaaf fixed it. And that was two years ago and it's still working. Called them last week for issue with the bathroom toilet they were there within hours and repaired it at a very reasonable price? No need to shop around if you have a problem call Schaff!

I'd definitely recommend this business. Unfortunately we had to use them a few times, as we have an issue with water in our basement at times. (Tree roots are getting in...) Each time they have arrived with a team, and was able to snake the drains.

I'd definitely recommend this business. They reply to messages quickly, and made an appointment to be at my home in a few hours. The prices charged are also fair.

We had 2 toilets that were leaking - they came on time, and Jim and his assistant were great - fixing both in less than an hour. They were clean and respectful as well as respecting our home - cleaned up all the residue (old parts, etc) . We will definitely call them next time we need a plumber

I woke up to no hot water from my 4 year old Bradford & White water heater and found Schaaf through yelp. Gave them a call and got a call back promptly to set up an appointment.

They were able to visit me within a few hours of the call and got me back up and running in one hour. The guys were friendly, patient and professional. Even my overly protective dogs liked them. They answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair and worth every penny.

I was also impressed that they arrived right at the beginning of the quoted time window. When it is time for any plumbing repairs or a new water heater, I will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you Jimmy.
