They are nice people and all that but really had hard time unclogging a simple toilet clog and they also made a mess out off the bathroom with pieces coming off of dirty equipment. They almost were going to remove the toilet but luckily that did not happen. I got charged $250 for partially unclogged toilet which got clogged again the next day. I was clever enough to not call them again but found another plumber through my association, which unclogged the toilet in 10 mins and I didn't even have to clean up afterwards. I was charged second time so ended up paying crazy money for simple jon. They must be good at other things looking at the reviews but not for unclogging toilets.

I had a leak in the kitchen sink and made a call for service . They arranged to have a plumber come to fix in the same day and were very accommodating to my work hours to make a house call in the evening .

Manny came and fixed the problem. He was able to fix other problems that I had for 4 months and the contractors who renovated my house couldn't fix it or maybe they were too lazy to pay close attention to it. Manny took the time to evaluate and was able fix it. He did not rush and worked thoroughly. My shower head is finally functioning properly and the water filler for my Samsung refrigerator is now replaced. Price was very reasonable ! I finally found a plumber that I've been looking that I can trust my house with!!

The baseboard heating on my first floor was not working. Also the valve to my outdoor faucet was leaking. Jimmy n his assistant arrived n fixed all the problems in an hour. Excellent work n very professional. I highly recommend!

Manny and Robert came to my house and gave me top-notch, timely service. There was no rescheduling a different day or excuses as to why they had to bill me for more costs. They worked quickly and were total professionals. A job I was told would take several days and nearly $3000 by a previous plumber was done in under four hours with minimal damage to my drywall and tile surround, at a fraction of the cost quoted by another service. I will DEFINITELY be using Schaaf Plumbing again and highly recommend them to others.

As a new homeowner, I am so happy to have found such a wonderful plumbing company. We have had two serious emergencies that we had to call Schaaf for. We dealt with Manny both times and he was super professional and explained everything to us in detail. He responded quickly for both emergencies and did a great job. The first time we called because our heat wasn't working in the middle of January!! I mentioned we had a baby and it was freezing and Manny showed up RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. The last time was for a leak in our basement and he came to fix the clog first thing in the morning. They have also done smaller jobs like fixing leaks in our faucet, installing our nest thermostat, and a bathtub leak. Their prices are really affordable too! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I give Joe and Jimmy five stars for a lot of reasons. First their prices are reasonable, but just as important are all the other things. They have always been polite and pleasant when dealing with them. Unlike other tradesmen I have dealt with, when they say they will be there they ALWAYS arrive on time as promised with a professional and competent crew that gets the job done quickly and completely without leaving a mess behind. Finally I would feel comfortable giving Joe and Jimmy the keys to my home to go in and complete a job while I was away without any concerns about the job being done correctly or things going missing without someone at the residence.
