We called out Scenic City to service our septic, and at the same time referred them to a neighbor, whose property we maintain. They got two jobs in one trip from us. When we got our bill, it more than double of what we usually pay. When we questioned them, they said we were no longer in their ""service area"" and that they had raised their travel charge and that we had ""emergency service"". Really? They took 3 days to come! Never offered to lower their price, and no consideration for the referral. We'll never use for refer the again.
