They came to my home to change the expansion tank and the relief valve. The guy told me I had to wait at least couple hours to heat go to my apartment to the third floor, but the the heat never come up to my apartment. I called and I went to the office to make a complaint about it. I was told that in one hour They will send somebody to check it out , nobody came to my home, I have one week with no heat. They are more than happy to take your money, but after it's taken don't expect much response afterwards.
