Good work - if you can get them.

I don't know why it has been so difficult to find a reliable, capable, competent plumber since we moved here a year ago, but it is what it is.

We managed to get these guys to take care of a leak for us after a lot of back and forth. Super nice guys, took care of the job, and we were optimistic we'd found our go-to plumber. Asked them to plumb a gas line for us and after quite a bit of communication they finally got us a quote. We accepted the quote and have tried emailing, calling, and texting to set up a time for them to come do the work... for the past month. Can't get any acknowledgment or reply.
