Our home warranty company sent out a plumbing company to install a new water heater and they did not know what they were doing. On top of that, they tried to tell us we needed a special """"box"""" in order to hook up our washing machine due to new code regulations. They left the natural gas water heater in a precarious state, and we did not feel safe. Scarborough Plumbing was able to come out the same day that we called and reinstalled the hot water heater correctly. Not only that, but they were able to hook up our washer and dryer without the special """"box"""" that the other company wanted almost 400.00 for. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt and honest service. They put our minds at ease and helped us feel safe in our home.

While renovating a 1/1 unit in Campus Edge, we had an extremely brittle bathroom shutoff valve snap off in our hand. We called Scarborough Plumbing and they had someone out to the condo in an hour. They replaced not only the broken shutoff valve, but they also replaced the rest of the old and brittle piping in the bathroom to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues. The work was fast, professional, clean and exceedingly reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else!

UPDATE 1/13/17: I have received contact from the company and was explained the scenarios which contributed to the lack of follow up. I did receive an apology and now we seem to be back on track. Will do a final update after the work is complete! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was trying to hire a company to finish a bathroom remodel at my townhouse in Gainesville. Although nobody ever answers the phone, they initially called me back which was fine. My Initial experience was good, as Josh met with me and looked at my property. Then it all fell apart, as I did not receive quotes that I was promised , and I tried contacting them for 4 weeks. I received 3 callbacks stating that I was going to receive something via email. (which never happened). That's the only way to get a quote from them apparently. And then I called one more time 5 weeks later just to try and get the quote on the phone and they did not even reply my call. Unprofessional Hard to get anyone on the phone Cannot comment on the quality of work, as they never followed up with me. (however the reviews I read prior to calling them seemed to have customers pleased with the quality of work)

This company, from Josh the owner, to his team is TOP SHELF! Had the whole house re-piped and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. The guys are professional, respectful and trustworthy! Thank you all for a job well done!
