Had a under slab leak...used a leak detection service to confirm. Had Mike came out and he was very amicable...gave us a couple of alternatives without charging us for a service call or pressuring us into a """" Maintenance Contract """"... which most of his competitors try to sucker people into. The bid from Scanlon was well beyond the mamby -pamby risks what it's competitors were not willing to take yet charge customers out the ass to take.My total experience with my repair crew...Gene and helper were great ! They broke up the concrete that they had too...dug up the dirt and presented us with the pipe that was leaking and clean up was immaculate. There is no more leak ! Bottom line... I saved a bunch of buck's and thank you !
