Had SC Services out yesterday to unclog a drain pipe. They sent a rep name Tim out and he did a fantastic job super patient very friendly obviously a great asset to SC services. Do you need any drains unclogged or any plumbing issues? Don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Never use this company even for a quote since they will charge $200+ just to give a quote! Initially they told only $100 but instead just charged my credit card $225 without getting my permission first. Also the quote they gave me was not even itemized and 600% more than the vendor who did the job. Would not recommend ! Not even for a quote ! Highway robbery! Seems like they are taking advantage of the dire situation with our Lahaina fire due to shortage of contractors!

Paid $300 for a tech to come out and tell us we need a part for a leaking shower head, and have heard nothing since 19 July, nearly a month ago. I have called 3 x and still haven't got the part or the leak solved. So now I have to start over again with a new plumbing company after SC Service (now called Such Crappy Service in our household!) took our money and left us high and dry....well not dry really with a leaking shower head! I would definitely not recommend them. Such a pity as my previous experience was positive.

Always able to get them here on the same day which is really nice especially with kids. Today was much needed because our toilet was indeed clogged and I just gave birth so a functioning toilet was in need ASAP. They came, did their thing and left and now we have a working toilet. Will use them again and again.

I had a water pipe in the yard get damaged and I did not have any good shut off valves. They were able to come within hours, shut off the water, and mend the pipe. I feel very secure and relieved to have them come back and replace my main water valve later with a fair price and excellent service Good to know I have good plumbers for neighbors mahalo!

We had a water heater replaced by Kris at S.C. Plumbing and we couldn't be more satisfied. We got a bid from another plumbing company in Lahaina for over $2,000. but when Kris from S.C. Plumbing handed his bill it was for $1030. We could not believe the difference. Today we had Kris at S.C. Plumbing install an new sink faucet. You can depend on them for a fair price and excellent workmanship. Oh, BTW, Cassidy, the girl who answers the phone at S.C. Plumbing goes out of her way to help. They are good people! C. Hull

SC was actually the second company we called. The other place didn't have an opening until 3 days from now. But SC were able to come the same day. We definitely had a main pipe clog because two showers and two toilets were not draining at one side of our house. They were able go find the blockage. They had to go back to the office to pick up a bigger snake tool. Apparently the blockage could be from tree roots. We are literally waiting for them to comeback as I type this review. So hopefully I'm not making a 5 star review prematurely. But I will write back if I do! So far we are satisfied with their fast response and fast problem solving skills.

Called for hydro jetting for our drain lines and they responded quickly and their service is excellent. Call these guys for your plumbing needs, seriously. Ask for Cassidy, her customer service is top notch.

I called SC service twice! The first time William showed up and was so happy and cheerful! He asked a few questions and figured out the problem right away!!! He was so fast and efficient! Best experience ever! Today I called again for another problem. I don't remember his name, but he was very professional and got the job done quickly! Not to mention they are always on time on the dot!
