Jon went above and beyond expectations. Septic is in a really tricky spot up a hill and windy & tiny road. But he didn't mind he brought his truck up the very steep hill, figured a way to get to it, made everything work. Mind you it wasnt the nicest day out but he didn't care he made it happen. Really unfortunate experience with this business. Lost our ranch to the Glass Fire and needed a septic service to pump our tank per County regulations in preparation for our rebuild. John initially quoted me $650. to pump our septic. When he came out to do the work on 10/28/2023, the work order changed per what the County inspector was requesting. Understandable, but there was no conversation or explanation by John as to the updated work order, cost, payment, none of the above. Three hours later he presented me with a bill for $5,500. and demanded payment in full immediately. I was prepared to write a check for $650. I was not prepared to write a check for $5,500. He said he wouldn't leave until he got paid. Really unprofessional, and a most uncomfortable moment for me as a single woman that could have easily been avoided had he taken the time to update me on the changes that were needed, and the cost factor associated. Two weeks later the County inspector came out and reinspected. She asked me if our tank had been emptied as it did not appear to her that it had. That was a red flag. Also, upon reviewing our bill to see what had been done was told the cost for the work was twice what it should have been. Another red flag. Now 3 months later having septic issues that in over 30 years of living on this ranch I have never experienced. Called John and he refused to come out unless I paid him another $550. to get the tank that was supposedly pumped on 10/28, pumped again. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company, or this person for anything.

I was amazed by Johnathan. His level of communication and follow up is unlike any other. I called due to a leak and assumed the worst. Johnathan was patient and explained what he saw every step of the way. In the end we had a water leak. He went above and beyond and dug out around the pipe so the plumber could easily repair the leak.
Johnathan then pumped our tank as we were due. It was quick and easy.
I highly recommend Johnathan and Sbragia Septic. You won't go wrong with a company that operates with client satisfaction in mind. The price was great too!
