I called Brad to clean and rod my patio drain and and the drain at the bottom of my exterior basement entrance. We scheduled a day and time and Brad was 'on the dot' arriving at my house. The floor drain in our laundry room backed up while the washer was running. I requested a quote through Yelp to have my sewer rodded from a few different plumbers. Brad from SBJ responded right away with an estimate and the time he would be able to come by that same day (Saturday.) I told him I was waiting for some estimates to come back. One company came by to do an estimate a couple hours later but they were unprofessional in their correspondence. The other company who was supposed to come in the afternoon called to reschedule for Monday. Brad from SBJ messaged me again late in the afternoon to check if I still needed the job done. I asked what time he would be able to come and he said he was just finishing a job and would be right over. He was courteous and professional, wore a mask and boot covers. He rodded my sewer from the clean out in the backyard and rodded my bathtub drain. His price was reasonable and he did not charge me for emergency service. Would definitely recommend Brad from SBJ!
