SB Professional Maintenance switched out our 1951 installed old closet doors for new swanky mirrored doors. They look great and slide perfectly which is not easy to accomplish on old existing wood. Thanks for the great work-I finally can see how short and fat I am!! Great work!

This might be long so please bear with me. I called our property management's ""emergency"" line at 6:19 am yesterday because water was coming out from under our toilet. It was flooding all over the floor, out into the hallway and around towards the living room. It was alsThe guy who answered, who was obviously asleep, said he had to go to the office first and then would be here after 8. Ok...so much for emergency service. PAC Properties sends their useless maintenance guy out who is here for an hour and can't fix it. He leaves our restroom a mess, the drain is pulled up and dirt is all over the tub from the flooding. He says a plumber will have to come. The problem is serious and he doesn't have anymore time to stay and try to fix it. The poor gentlemen from SB Professional Maintenance didn't get here until about 6:20. He had to call a co-worker to help because the work was so intense. They stayed until almost 2 am! Who does that?!? Nobody I have ever dealt with! They normally tell you they have to come back. They were polite, hard working and even wrung all of our towels out before they left. They cleaned the bathroom and kitchen floor. It was a long day for us all but I am glad they were the ones to help us through it.

Sam does a great job at fixing things on his first visit! He's very knowledgeable and gives me tips on how to fix things on my own if they happen again. He's a VERY busy guy with a PACKED schedule! The only reason I'm giving him a 4 star review instead of 5 is because he's in such high demand that he can't always get here on the day he's requested. But, he REALLY makes an effort!

Sam is THE MAN. I needed a new weather stripping on an exterior double door and hot water restored in the downstairs of a property I manage. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable as to what was needed to be done and did it perfectly. I went ahead and had him do the maintenance on the tankless water heaters while he was at it and his guys were fantastic as well. These guys work quietly and neatly and are just all around great.
