WARNING: DO NOT HIRE SAM FOR ANYTHING!

My HOA hired Sam to repair two panels from a fence that collapsed. Unbeknownst to me Sam told the management company that because they no longer pre fabricate the panels that the fence could not be repaired to be an even height and this (see pictures below) is how it had to be done. When I complained to my HOA and management company that this was unacceptable for many reasons, one being it wasn't an even height with the rest of the fence and it wasn't even affixed to the cinder block wall, Sam then returned! Without knocking on my door or anything, Sam moved my daughters sandbox onto our plants, killing them and was going to install a 2x4 in the middle of the panel that would be even with the rest of the fence but not the panel he brilliantly ""installed"". When I approached Sam, (I have a video if anyone wants to see it) who had the 2x4 and drill in hand, and ask him if he was going to install it, he told me that ""They"" instructed him to do that. I asked Sam who ""they"" is and he wouldn't tell me who ""they"" is. When I asked him why he didn't install 2 panels that are the same height as the rest of the fence with a 2x4 securing it in the middle, he said ""they"" told him to repair the fence this way. I then again asked him who they is and Sam proceeded to verbally accost me in front of my daughter, telling me that I'm a bad role model for my daughter and I have no ""personal"" skills. Once Sam was done with his tirade trying to belittle me as a mother for not allowing him to continue with this dangerous eyesore. I called my management company to see if maybe they knew who the ""they"" is who told him to fix the fence this way was and you'll never guess who ""they"" is.... It's Sam. Not only is Sam an incompetent ""vendor"" who I wouldn't even trust him to properly clean up after my dogs, he has zero work ethic, no concept of logic in repairs or customer service and satisfaction. You will regret hiring him. Please direct message me for more pictures and videos of they/them's work.

Stumbled upon Sam from my HOA and not only did he do an incredible job patching all of my holes throughout the condo from previous plumbers, but he even spent extra time going above and beyond by fixing my ceiling fan which has been broken for years! Plus I also made a new friend!

I called him on Monday to install plexiglass on my desk, Sam answered the phone, he asked me to take a picture of my desk that I sent to him. He called me and told me the cost can can be between $ 260 and $ 340, so I confirmed that it was ok. I texted him if he can come the next day. he didn't answer. The next day I called him, he said he didn't received my text till that moment on the phone with me. He asked me to tex him in 2 hours when he get in to his office, so I texted, he confirm is coming next day. The next day he called he is in his way, an hour later he called me saying a car hit him from behind and he would talk to me later. He never called me, he made me lose the whole week, very irresponsible and unprofessional. If he didn't want to take the job or he's too busy, he should have told me. I would not recommend him.

I thought I had a guy, though I am sure happy that through great recommendations I found Sam! The first time Sam came for a service visit for my personal property, he helped me with what I needed and only charged for a service visit. (I was expecting to be spending a lot more money) So when my HOA needed new lighting around our building for safety and savings (energy and financial) of course I texted Sam. The job they did is even better than expected and the homeowners in the community are thrilled. Thank you! See you for the next HOA repair!!
