Do not use this company! Very unprofessional, he walked off a job and left everything a mess. He speaks in a demeaning manner and has a sour attitude, they arrived late every time. They said we had a problem that the warranty does not cover and we paid for them to fix it, now I'm hoping it wasn't all a scam and there really was a problem. I will refuse company next time my warranty refers them. Very disappointing.

Saxton Residential Services to the rescue!!! Mr Tim and Mrs. Virginia were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with our whirlpool tub within the first 10 minutes! Our homeowners insurance referred us to them after two different attempts with 2 other companies (one suggested that we, unnecessarily, cut into the wall to fix the problem). I am happy that we passed on that offer and waited for Saxton Residential Services. They were very professional and I would recommend their services again and again!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars as this is the absolute worst service I have EVER experienced. The woman that is in charge of scheduling service seems to be a little """"off"""" in more ways than one. I don't want to accuse anyone of taking illicit substances but she is certainly not all together """"there"""". This is evident when you interact with her in person, as well as over the phone. Our home warranty company outsourced service from saxton residential about 2 weeks ago. Everything seemed ok in the initial consultation visit and the husband and wife duo said they should be able to make the necessary repairs that Friday. We scheduled an appointment, in person, for 5pm. I emphasized that I would be missing work in order to make that appointment but they assured me that the repairs would be done in an expedient fashion. Fast forward to Friday at 8pm, they never showed up or even called to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. The next day, I called to ask what happened and reschedule. The wife and subsequent scheduling assistant had no idea who I was or what job I was referring to. After several minutes of jogging her memory, she was able to finally remember the missed appointment. She made some excuses but ultimately I decided to reschedule for the following Wednesday morning between 8am and 11am. Again, I emphasized that I would be missing work and would not be able to stay past 11am. Well, I was not surprised when 11am arrived and I had not received a phone call or contractor at my home. I called yet again and was very upset when she informed me that they would arrive at 1pm. After a few minutes of reminding her that I was not available during that time, I scheduled yet another appointment for the upcoming Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Here we are, the Saturday of my appointment. I received a call at 915am to explain they were running behind and would arrive at 12pm. I was fine with that because I don't work on Saturdays. Fast forward to 3pm, no phone call, no contractor. I called again, this time the husband answered the phone and was baffled by the whole scenario. He had no idea about my appointment today and told me that the parts for the job had not arrived. He went on to explain that he knew nothing about the appointments that were missed the previous Friday and Wednesday. After I said I was going to contact my warranty company to get another contractor, he said """"Good Luck getting everything covered"""" and was very rude. Ultimately it seems that he should have someone other than his wife handle appointments and communications with clients. Terrible experience and I don't have faith that the job would be done properly due to their current """"say, do"""" ratio. Get another contractor!

Horrible, unprofessional service. They came to work in an outside area at my townhouse during a rain storm and didn't even come equipped with umbrellas. My dog was barking, my three month old baby was crying and these folks didn't even seem to have basic courtesy. They lied about their non-inspection of the warranty issue. Seriously, these guys don't even deserve the one star they get on yelp. Even the better business bureau give these guys a retched evaluation.

I had the same experience for the most part as all these others reviewers. I hope that others check these reviews before they call them. I was referred to them via Rheem as well because my new water heater was leaking water. This husband and wife pair are horrible and take advantage of the everyday consumer as well as Rheem. Rheem needs to know about them but apparently don't care. My call was for warranty work instead of returning it to Home Depot. My recommendation is to return it. Rheem does not background or review check their plumbers! They came out and said it was plumbing in my house. Tim came out and immediately complained about how the house's plumbing was installed. Long story short he did some upgrades on my new water heater and also said my water pressure regulator was bad on the house and needed to be replaced. 450.00 more than the 350.00 he was charging just for the water heater! I later realized the pressure regulator wasn't the problem. He installed a new pressure regulator, and left the OLD ONE STILL ON. He claimed you didn't need to remove the old. Water pressure tanked and the new regulator leaked. I called him back 2 more times and he kept telling me it was """"sweating"""". Apparently only sweating in one area! Then he tried to tell me I was in good hands. Seriously?! Stay as far from this pair as you can. Even his wife made some comments about family dating an African American guy...and she wasn't happy about it. Tim tried to catch the comment from her but it was too late. My wife and I were floored. They have no business being in business. Be very very cautious! We were in too much of a hurry and ended up spending 800.00!!!

Warranty referred - our water heater leaked and the panel caught on fire (full replacement needed). They were the only pluming service we could get to come out next day. Most other were trying to come out on Monday (the call was on a Wednesday). Quickly submitted claim to the warranty company that was accurate. We did not end up using them as we just installed the new water heater ourselves, but they were very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions and even follow-up with us to make sure we were able to get the issue addressed. I would recommend them. I see a lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was very professional and timely. With the initial quote, I had questioned a portion of the cost for the new pipe installation, but after doing the installation ourselves (ie. purchasing the pipe supplies), I can say their quote was spot on.

From reading the reviews I am glad these people did not ever show up to work on my inefficient, unreliable expensive Rheem tankless water heater. We have had no hot water from February 15 to now. 8 days and counting.Every time we called they had an excuse. Still have not shown up. I am calling HPV instead and will let you know how that works out.

This is truly unfortunate! I have had the exact same experience that all of the other reviewers below have had. Unprofessional, disrespectful and greedy. We felt very taken advantage of. We were also referred by Rheem to these people. After complaining to Rheem about their diagnosis of our problem, they finally referred us to another plumbing company that was exceptional. It's unfortunate that we spent an extra 24 hours without hot water due to this mess. I will be contacting Rheem and complaining. By all means steer clear of these people.

This is a terrible company to deal with! If anyone has Rheem and they arrange them to come out to check your water heater - ask for another contractor and Rheem will do that for you. They are NOT a company that you would expect. It is just a husband and wife driving around in a van. Very disrespectful and rude. He keeps telling me that he has 30 years of experience ... it puzzles me because 30 years of experience and he couldn't get the job done. Don't even bother responding because there is a reason why ALL the reviews are 1-star. I honesty believe if there is a 0-star or negative option .. this company might not even get a 0-star.

This business is unprofessional, inconsiderate and a rip off. They were recommended by my home warranty because I need a plumber with a 10ft ladder to reach my water shut off valve. Two guys came and complained about my house and the issue trying to shut off the water which was made know to them in the beginning. After looking at my shower, he said the screw is stripped and will have to drill it out to replace. $30 to remove the screw. Ok fine, he also said I'd have to purchase the replacement part. Ok fine. Anyway, a month has gone by, I setup an appointment with Virginia for a Tuesday. I called her that Monday to confirm. She confirmed it was for Tuesday between 11-2 so I took off, stayed home and waited. No call no show. I called her back Wed she says """"oh I wrote Thursday on your ticket"""" ok so Thursday comes around same thing took off, stayed home and waited. No call no show. I called Virginia on Friday she says """"oh I thought they took care of you already"""".... WTF!!! So she says she'll have them out Monday (today) guess what??? No call no show. They want to charge me a $20 in convenience fee because they have to DRIVE to the back of my property to shut off my water, on top of the $30 to drill a screw out and I bought my own part. And they only take cash!!! What about my inconvenience???
