Horrible, unprofessional service. They came to work in an outside area at my townhouse during a rain storm and didn't even come equipped with umbrellas. My dog was barking, my three month old baby was crying and these folks didn't even seem to have basic courtesy. They lied about their non-inspection of the warranty issue. Seriously, these guys don't even deserve the one star they get on yelp. Even the better business bureau give these guys a retched evaluation.

This is truly unfortunate! I have had the exact same experience that all of the other reviewers below have had. Unprofessional, disrespectful and greedy. We felt very taken advantage of. We were also referred by Rheem to these people. After complaining to Rheem about their diagnosis of our problem, they finally referred us to another plumbing company that was exceptional. It's unfortunate that we spent an extra 24 hours without hot water due to this mess. I will be contacting Rheem and complaining. By all means steer clear of these people.

They don't even deserve 1 star. We had the same issue as all the other reviews. We were referred by Rheem. Husband and wife came out and were never once helpful and just awful. They bickered between each other while talking down to me about our hot water heater installation having so many code errors. He made it clear he wasn't going to help do the issues. Husband and wife were both disrespectful and just awful to be around. I believe the husband just didn't want to do the work. We have complained to Rheem and suggested they take this duo off their list. Read all the other reviews and then request someone else come out. Don't let these people on your property.

This is a terrible company to deal with! If anyone has Rheem and they arrange them to come out to check your water heater - ask for another contractor and Rheem will do that for you. They are NOT a company that you would expect. It is just a husband and wife driving around in a van. Very disrespectful and rude. He keeps telling me that he has 30 years of experience ... it puzzles me because 30 years of experience and he couldn't get the job done. Don't even bother responding because there is a reason why ALL the reviews are 1-star. I honesty believe if there is a 0-star or negative option .. this company might not even get a 0-star.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero! I was connected to this company through a home warranty service for a toilet/plumbing leak. I scheduled for them to come out today between 11:00-2:00 and took off work to be here for them. They called at 11:00 and told me their van was in the shop and they wouldn't be on time, but that it would DEFINITELY still be today and asked if I was available between 3:00 and 4:00. I told her I could be available anytime, that I've taken off work for the afternoon and absolutely needed to get the work done today. Throughout the afternoon I started to get nervous that I hadn't heard anything back. Called several times and got no answer or callback from my voicemail over several hours. Finally called me back at 4:30 (too late to get another plumber out same-day) and told me the van wouldn't be out of the shop until 5:00. I asked if they could come at that time since it is a small job and I have been off work all day waiting on them. She said """"well, really, the technician is sick and I think he is going to have to go to the ER for a potential heart attack..."""" and tried to get me to reschedule tomorrow. I questioned how much sense it would make for me to take off again tomorrow if he's potentially having a heart attack and she stated that she expected him to make a full recovery by tomorrow. I sure hope the tech is really ok, but it felt like inconsistent excuses all day. Very unprofessional and had zero regard for my time as a customer. Will not be using them and will refuse them if the warranty company tries to send them again.

absolutely terrible service all the way through, their back office cannot find emails and loses documents. their technicians are undersupplied and only get parts once a week, then the staff was rude and unfriendly when they actually arrived 4 days after their original appointment AND they failed to fix the problem which was a simple garbage disposal replacement. I'm utterly floored and disappointed that folks like this continue to do business

Saxton Residential Services to the rescue!!! Mr Tim and Mrs. Virginia were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with our whirlpool tub within the first 10 minutes! Our homeowners insurance referred us to them after two different attempts with 2 other companies (one suggested that we, unnecessarily, cut into the wall to fix the problem). I am happy that we passed on that offer and waited for Saxton Residential Services. They were very professional and I would recommend their services again and again!!!

absolutely awful! this company was sent to us through our home warranty. upon arrival they seemed bothered to be at our house. Mr. Saxton spoke very condescendingly to me(a woman- he seemed very sexist and dismissive to both myself and my partner, who do in fact know a lot about home repair). he didn't listen to me when i spoke about what had happened, he only told me what i did wrong. he then told me that my warranty didn't cover the issue. and then proceeded to try and sell me his services on the side. after much debate, he yelled at me in front of my kids. Let me say that again.. HE (the service provider) yelled at ME (the customer).. who does that??? as it turns out my warranty DID cover the issue. He was a liar and a cheat. I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone.. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible service! The plumber did the same as he did with other customers. He immediately said that the problem wasn't going to be covered, looked around for a minute & then left saying that he couldn't do anything when there was clearly a problem which was obvious due to the bucket filled with water. Our home warranty company sent him out so we had to pay him $75 just to come out. The next day, my husband got another company, High Priority Plumbing and Services, out to look at the issue. The plumber, Michael, came out, looked at the problem, came up with a hypothesis, tested it & easily fixed the problem. Saxton is either extremely dishonest or incapable of doing the work required for them to fix very simple (it literally took the 2nd plumber less than 30 min to figure it out, test it & fix it) plumbing issues. it truly seems like Saxton just wants to be paid for doing nothing! It was obvious that he had planned in advance to not be here long because his wife/partner was in the van & never got out. They both knew that he wasn't going to be fixing anything!

Adding to my previous review to say that the hot water heater was damaged and had cracked on the back seal. I am so glad I called a plumber I trusted!
